The location was excellent for what I had to do. The room was comfortable, although the electricity mains fuse located in a press in the corridor failed, causing power failure in that room only. This might be concerning for future guests. The problem was rectified within a short time, however. In every other respect my stay at your hotel was most enjoyable with no complaints. Your staff were friendly, cooperative and efficient.

It's far away from the city centre, but quite close to two metro stations M2, so I must admit, that the location is very good for both car owners as well as for those who prefer public transport. Hotel is very clean. I thought it would be a quality of Ibis Budget or F1, but it's much better.

Very bad breakfast. 9,90 euros for just a baguette and some slices of cheese, ham, jams, yoghurts and drinks (and only the baguette was good) it's far too much. What more, a lot of food was missing, and deliveries from the kitchen were slow.

Honestly, great value for money. I used it as a stop while going to Le Mans and it did the job. Good access and clean room. Simple but good breakfast.

There was a hole in my bathroom door that was left unrepaired. Other than that it was good.

Perfect location- next to motorway and 5 min walk from train station. Manager was very helpful helped us to order halal food from a takeaway nearby in French. Wasn’t too busy and free parking. We were two women with 3 kids but felt very safe.

Nowadays, it isn’t easy to find a room with a bathtub at a reasonable price. We could enjoy bathing during the stay. The front staffs are very nice, and they faced our little request soon.

A bit more cleaning for details in the bathroom would be better, but sufficient hot water was good.

The hotel is located near the ring road so easy to find if you are driving. It is also close to the St. Phillibert metro (end of the line) for access to the city centre.

Our room was next to the lift and the noise from early morning meant no chance of a quiet lay-in unfortunately.

Easy to locate as directly off main highway. Short walk to Bourg Metro station so used public transport the whole time I was in Lille and left car at the hotel with free parking that felt very secure

For its price this hotel was excellent. We arrived after 23:00hrs no problem getting in. Went to sleep. Had a good nights sleep. Had their properly priced breakfast, and left. Staff were friendly and witty. Perfect for our needs

Good quality for a great price. Staff very helpful. They easily helped us recover the laptop we forgot to take at the hotel. Thank you so much

Fairly easy to find and decent parking too. Clean and although it was basic, it had everything we needed for our stay.
