It’s well laid out and comfortable with a few nice items of furniture. The rooms are clean and the linen is good. The staff were all helpful and polite. The food is good (especially the steak) but the desserts were frozen and not properly thawed.

It’s tired, needs a refurb in many areas. The corridor carpets have a funny smell and are very dated. The bathrooms are clean but need maintenance (toilet seat wobbly and didn’t close fully. The outside area also needs attention around the pool, wobbly tables, most tables & chairs outside need deep cleaning or replacing. Points are not showing on account despite staying twice in one week.

Room - clean, very spacious and cozy. It's also in a quiet location. Having a small gym and a pool is a plus.

Location - though there are bus services to take you to/from St Philibert Metro station, they can be quite infrequent especially at evening times. But we realised later on the those with "R" in the bus numbers are actually bus on reservation - and you can reserve a pickup via the Ilevia app/website, especially when there are no buses in your preferred time. Breakfast - there are a lot of choices but hot food options don't change.

Staff spoken reasonably good English and appreciate I tried to speak French. Breakfast was a good selection and nice. Muffins were very nice! Pool was clean and enclosed, , outdoor area was great, large and neatly kept with bits to do for the kids outside Including a net for badminton, mini football nets, ping pong table and more. Parking was good. Shame the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday evening. Over all a great place where ei would definitely go again.

Only that the bar and restaurant and food of any kind was closed on the Sunday.

Finding this hotel was such an added bonus as we were on our way to Calais and needed a one night stay. The staff the greeting was second to none. The room was clean and fresh, ample room and the pool was perfect for kids and the bar area was accommodating for our needs. We ordered a couple of good glasses of wine and a really delicious pizza. Could not fault it, will definitely stay again on our next road trip.

As a first time stay at this hotel could not fault it , Friendly helpful staff , polite and Always accommodating to your needs, Even the atmosphere with other guests was friendly and relaxed, The food was lovely and well presented and the room was nice ,clean and fresh There was plenty of space and clean bedding,serviced daily shower and toilet were separate, even a safe In your room , the pool was lovely and clear, Nothing was ever a problem for the staff to feel fully refreshed and relaxed from the experience. excellent thank you 👌

Was nothing not to like Could not fault the hotel

We were visiting our young family in Lille and they did not really have the room to accommodate two sets of Grandparents. So we looking for a hotel which was relatively low cost but convenient with easy parking for a couple of nights. This Holiday Inn was ideal and we would stay again. However, it would not be so suitable as a base if you planned to explore the City of Lille.

The outside was a little shabby although the inside more than made up for it. Clean towels and linen, comfy beds. Tea and coffee, a small fridge. Bathroom was clean and water pressure good. Location was great, supermarkets and places to eat. Easy check in and friendly staff. Our room was quiet although it was at the front of the hotel. A nice end to our stay in France. Merci beaucoup!

We've stayed here a few times en route to other destinations. A little tricky with food in the evening as I'm Coeliac, but having understood my situation, they sorted a salad for me which was fine. Gluten free bread was available for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and the room very comfortable.

Great parking, plenty of space, no height restriction. Having a pool was a bonus in this type of hotel.

Small thing but after a long journey I dropped in the bar (2230) for a quick drink before bed. The bartender served me a drink and 5 minutes later turned the lights out on me????

Very friendly staff, Very accommodating as first time visitors to France and needed somewhere to stay last thing at night after we arrived. Car park is very good it even had enough room to fit a full coach in it with plenty of cars to park. Room was exceptional and a great welcome to the country.
