Perfectly situated apartment to explore the city. We visited in February during a particularly cold few days so the private sauna and Jacuzzi were an absolute godsend. Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and next door to a lovely café /restaurant where we dribbled and drouled our way through a delicious lunch on our first day in Lillie. The staff were delightful, especially the owner who checked in with us each day via messenger to ensure we had everything we needed. The owner lives on site and so on hand to respond to any needs. She is delightful and speaks perfect English. I would unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to family and friends. We very much look forward to returning in the warmer months.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was taken to my room and shown how everything worked when I arrived. The apartment is huge and super clean. Not a spot anywhere. The sauna was lovely and the shower was big. The TV was the largest I've seen in an apartment! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lille. I went to a concert at the the Zenith and it was so close I could go without a coat and not worry about getting cold on the way home.

My only complaint is that check in was at 5pm so if you are staying for just one night then you don't have as much time to enjoy the facilities. It also meant I was wandering around a bit before I could check in. But this was all clear at the booking stage and it wouldn't put me off booking again.

From the moment I booked the staff at AU30 were exceptional. I booked a night stay for my partners 30th Birthday, the staff were attentive, kind and friendly. All staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have not one single thing I would change in regards to our stay or the staff. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the jacuzzi was crystal clear. Thank you to all staff at AU30. We had an amazing stay and would stay again without hesitation. The location was perfect, 15 minutes walk into the centre to the Christmas market and all restaurants. Everything was local and a 13 minutes walk into walk from the Eurostar station. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We wanted somewhere that was a short distance from the Eurostar station and this was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Tea/coffee maker in the room and also a minibar with a complimentary sandwich!

Would have preferred a check-in time earlier than 17:00, although we were aware of this when we booked it. There was a double spa bath but it took a very long time to fill it to the required level as the water flow from the tap was very slow. There was free gaming machine in the room but nothing would activate the "Continue" button. I would have mentioned this to them but we were only staying one night and were away very early the next day.

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Reception not always manned but the staff we did speak to were very helpful and spoke good English - which was a relief! Loved the sauna and jacuzzi and the welcome sandwich in the fridge was very much appreciated!

Bedrooms didn't have wardrobes, drawers or any proper space to hang up clothes but we made do. Also just having one toilet between the four of us was a slight issue - only because we're used to having more - but it was very convenient having showers in the rooms.

Design of the place is beautiful, super clean and well equipped. Private jacuzzi and sauna with cozy balcony to cool down. Old school playing arcade machine was very funny :) Beds comfortable. Very nice stuff. Coffee and sandwiches for the morning. Really wonderful place :) we had a great time with my boyfriend.

Outstanding facilities. The room had a large jacuzzi bath and sauna in a 2 bed apartment. There was everything you needed and more in the kitchen including free hot drinks.

Only one toilet to share between 4 people is a minor thing, also if staying for one night check in is late at 5pm (but they did let us enter from 4!) and check out is early at 11am.

Super clean and new. Very comfortable, helpful staff. Was here only a night for business as I wanted a hot tub after a long flight, but would've loved to have stayed with my partner as it was very romantic. Good location, easy walk to train stations.

Nothing, it was great. I guess it's a short walk to the pretty part of Lille but it was nice and quiet, and super close to the conference center.

A great apartment with a sauna and hot tub. Loved the space. It was clean and smelt lovely.

It's only a brisk 5 to 10 minute walk into the middle of Lille and less to a few nice bars but it is in the more industrial side of Lille. It's not that we didn't like it but this is the only consideration as once in the apartment it was awesome.

We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.
