Centrally located hotel with all the facilities you need to work, quick wifi, desk space, chairs and tables. Secure parking is available at €10 per night but is well worth it. Breakfast options are good and comprehensive and the front desk staff switch seamlessly between French and English, just shows how bad we are at doing so ! Lots of local bars and restaurants although the restaurants all appear to open at 7pm.

Not much that I can think of although it does frustrate me that hotels seem to be starting to put their toilets in a separate area to the washbasins which I simply don't understand. What do you do after you use the toilet, you wash your hands which involves opening one door, opening another then using the washbasin in another room.

The hotel is located in the city centre, but despite that, we had no trouble with parking – there is a car park beneath the hotel, which is very convenient, as parking outside would otherwise be quite a challenge. As far as I can remember, the daily parking fee was €10, paid at the reception. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, so we had to pay extra. It was tasty, although the price was a bit on the higher side.

Stayed here as a base for triathlon event in Menen. Location was ideal. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good room size. Especially liked the thoughtful touches like water fountain and bottles to have cool fresh drinking water, homemade onsite honey at breakfast was delicious. Breakfast selection was superb. Beds were incredibly comfy.

clean, quiet, excellent breakfast buffet with all you need (croissant, bread, cereals, eggs, fresh juice, pancakes, ...). Staff so friendly (a particular bravo to the young lady managing the breakfast)

the panel of the shower could be better as a lot of water fell on the floor.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby and bar area was very clean and well presented. We were welcomed by a gentlemen with a grey white beard who was excellent and very nice. We got a warm welcome! Coffee was amazing. Great value for money. Location was brilliant! vibrant area full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Just a shame that there were mosquitos in the room when we arrived, we reported in the morning and girl on reception took seriously, which was nice :-)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, parking available. Just off the central square of this small town where we visited family. Very convenient.

Overall clean hotel, nice staff.

Free charging point but covered by the 10 eur/night fee. parking very narrow to enter with a SUV car. Breakfast 17 Euros for the quality of choices was poor specially on the cooked items and quality of pastries. Other things like cheese was very good. There are no cooked options available, so found 17 eur to be too expensive.

Friendly staff! Got to check in early by chance. Room was very good, comfortable bath and bed. Coffee and tea available, good location.

Staff were excellent, room really clean, bed super comfy and great having the sauna and fitness room use outside our room
