This was a perfect way to visit Lille (when you don't have vignet). You can leave you car at the parking for a reasonable price, and the tram leaving for Lille every 10 minutes is just a minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel is also in walking distance of the Piscine museum. Roubaix has some nice restaurants, we were in a typical little French restaurant (le Rivoli) on the way back from the museum to the hotel. Next time we visit Lille, we will book again.

The breakfast and dinner offerings are top-notch. The quality of the meals is consistently excellent, and the variety of options ensures there's something for everyone. Dining here is not just about satisfying your appetite; it's a culinary experience. Another big plus is the gated parking, providing peace of mind for your vehicle's security. And for pet owners like me, it's a relief to find a pet-friendly hotel that welcomes our furry friends with open arms. In summary, Hotel Ibis Roubaix has everything you need for a wonderful stay in the North of France. Practical central location (with carpark 8€ a night). Basic but everything one needs for a short stay. Nice breakfast. Bar/restaurant easy as a n evening backupplan.

Rooms are rather small with fixed furniture (so no adapting possible to suite you more). Travelling as friends, glad that we took the option for 2 adjacent rooms. Matress ok for short visit (not too comfy when staying Longer). Rooms had carpet, so bit of extra dust. Some streetnoise (busy crossroad with cars and trams)

Basic but clean accommodation. Room on the small side but fine for a 1-2 night stay. Staff were friendly, food in on-site restaurant was lovely. Good location for commute into Lille in the Metro.

Towels in the bathroom were not a suitable size for an adult, too small.

The staff were excellent and there was a really great, vibe to the place. Our flight was delayed so we arrived one day late. Booking.com cancelled our booking but the hotel reinstated it without a question. Great service!it is also convenient for Lille but without the high price.

Doors slamming. Altmkhough not the hotels fault when guests slam doors, the locks themselves are noisy.

The breakfast can become a little depleted as the breakfast window times close ..get there early or be prepared to ask for replenishment

Very central with easy parking - Roubaix seemed difficult to drive through though ! BBC world on tv. Big bed. Clean and simple.

No kettle or coffee making facilities in room.

Great location close to shops in Roubaix with a restaurant downstairs, very easy to access public transport, fairly basic room but enough for a couple of nights

Toilet would suddenly start to start to drip water (almost like a toilet flush that just doesn't end)
