Breakfast was very tasty! The location is optimal — a 10-minute walk to the centre. For us, it was a good one-night stay. You can have some little sweets or coffee in the lobby, and the hotel is tasteful and decorated with love.

The sanitaries in one of the rooms were a bit dirty. One of the rooms was under the roof, and in August, it was really hot and difficult to sleep. We couldn't use the AC because it blows directly to your face when you sleep, and I was a bit sick :( It's not the managers' fault, obviously, but moving the AC away from the bed is always a good idea.

Very convenient location with easy access to the station for day trips whilst being one street away to make it also quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast, certainly up there as best from our many Belgium trips. Room was lovely its great to have individual decor in a hotel.

Only slight gripe I prefer a long pillow to square and room was a little warm, but these are so minor.

Rooms are very spacious as well as comfortable beds. Breakfast was also great and wide variety of choice.

Ceilings above you were creaking very loudly whenever someone was walking in the room above you which meant either you get woken up during the night or very early morning. A/c was present in the room but couldn't turn it on as it was permanently switched off, not good especially on a very warm day.

Location and breakfast where you can fry your own eggs. A very quirky hotel with a lot of charm and most of it very tasteful. Room had enough facilities to make for a very comfortable multiple night stay.

Warning: Each room, as stated, has a theme. Room 23 is probably not to everyone’s taste. Naked ladies in paintings, sketches and transfers on the tiles in the bathroom.

Happy we found this cute hotel, good value for location, comfortable, quiet, nice neighborhood, delicious self serve breakfasts, easy street parking (maximum 4 euros/day via city parking website), all perfect for our visit for two nights. Thank you, Focus Hotel.

Clean room with large bathroom and the generous breakfast. We also requested for one big bed and it was readily granted.

Impersonality in all the transactions but maybe this is why they are able to keep the rate low because there are no staff in the reception.

Great location, easy paid parking outside, lovely room with comfortable bed, great shower and breakfast was fabulous and we loved making our own bacon and eggs. There was lots of art work on the walls which made it feel like a boutique hotel.

It's a small hotel in a quiet place near the city center and the train station. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. The bathroom was large. The breakfast was good with the big selection of sides for the sandwiches.

It was a bit snuffy during the night until I turned on the A/C.
