I stayed at Zibe GRT on Avinashi Road during my work trip, and it was such a comforting experience. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-kept, the breakfast spread was amazing, and the filter coffee was the perfect start to my mornings. The staff truly made the difference – Richard and Chandu ensured I ate well and felt cared for, while Vignesh and Hari guided me about local places and shared useful safety tips. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel at home even while traveling alone. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely polite, approachable, friendly .and helpful. The food was another highlight — authentic Tamil Nadu cuisine with generous portions and great quality. What truly stood out was how pet-friendly the hotel was. We were provided a bed, blanket, bowl, mat, training pad, and plastic cover — something even many top-tier hotels don’t offer without a fee. Highly recommend this place, especially for pet owners looking for comfort, good food, and genuinely warm hospitality.

The bathroom door did not close properly. Towels dint smell fresh.. .

I liked the location aspect, on the Bangalore Highway, wine shop (TASMAC) is at a 2 minute walk, Lakshmi shopping mall is nearby, which has Lulu, levis, Starbuck, cello , miniso shopping outlet. As we checked in our room they got bedding and quilt for my pet.they have good menu for quick starters.especially masala peanuts.. The room was quite spacious and clean.

The Location was easy to find and on top of the main road. The rooms were super quiet and crisp clean. The TV and working space was well designed for comfort. The washrooms were excellent and very clean and tidy.

The Room Service was not upto mark with fresh food. More variety on the menu is essential for travellers other than combo deals. The room colors were a bit odd with extravagant bright colors. Need pastel soothing colors to keep your eyes cool.

The room had a good view and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms have AC and fan and the staff can open the window if necessary. The breakfast had pasta, sandwiches and paratha in addition to a south Indian spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were traveling with family who have dietary restrictions - we requested food in room service without any chilies and the food was very tasty. We had a wonderful stay.

Not full noise proof, hear the sound of bathroom shower of other room, anyone noise in corridor, door smashing, door spring is very hard and closes fast, room delivered food quantity less bt high price

Great location, excellent service and tasty food. I liked the way staff responded to every request. Buffalo breakfast was detailed and you can see the efforts. Santosh from the front office is very professional and friendly.
