It was our second stay At Bangna Pride Hotel and again, we were not disappointed. The staff shows utmost kindness and professionalism. They will do anything to make sure your stay goes smoothly. The breakfast is delightful; several dishes change every day, making it a daily surprise, we loved it. The apartment suite space is great, rooms were comfy. Cleanness is great. Location is very good as it is only a 5 min taxi ride away from Mega Bangna mall. Getting food delivered to the hotel is also very easy. Facilities are really nice.

Room service stops at 8.00pm, which is a bit too early for us. But that is actually not a big deal, we would then order from restaurants around.

We were amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff; they went beyond to make sure we were happy and didn't meet one person who was not smiling. We had the 2 bedrooms suite and a real apartment, bigger than what we expected and equipped with washing machine and drier. The place was perfectly clean and comfy. A lot of TV channels in foreign languages. We were surprised with the breakfast as we previously read some not so enthusiastic comments about it. For us, it was perfectly fine; exactly what we wished for: a good choice of sweet and salty option, asian and western. We were very pleased with it. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool a lot which offers both shallow and deep (very deep) waters. We had a lot of fun. The location is great as it is a short taxi ride from Bangna Mega Mall. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Maybe some decoration refresh could be done here and there but nothing really bothering.

Handy location to the airport and Mega Bagna. Large room.

Air con was quite noisy and dirty

The room was surprisingly large. More or less like an apartment. The bed was big and comfortable. Nice and large bathroom as well.

The location was not ideal as not based along the main road. I would have preferred a wooden floor in the room instead of a dusty carpet. Restaurant closing already at 6 pm was way too early.

We booked the 2 bedroom option as we had 2 kids with us but were blown away by the size. It was literally bigger than the first 3 flats we lived in, put together. The place was clean and everything worked. Only there one night but no complaints at all about the hotel.

The location wasn't ideal for us. Surrounded on two sides by a massive road and 40,000 shipping containers. To be fair we didn't look the other side, we might have seen the hanging gardens of babylon. Booked as we had about 18 hours in Bangkok, most of which was at night, before our flight so found this searching for hotels near the airport. As the crow flies it's probably not that far but took 30 mins in a taxi vs 40 to get to Lumphini Park where we stayed before, so in hindsight either a real airport hotel or city centre would have been better for us. Breakfast wasn't awful but would expect better from a 4* hotel

Lovely staff, great pillows! Very comfortable and quiet room, lovely gardens for my dog, nice to have a bath plus shower. Spacious and excellent room. Not too far from. Bangna Mega for excellent shopping mall and restaurants and not too far from airport

The breakfast that they bring to your room was awful. By the time the coffee comes it's cold as is the toast. What you tick the previous day oftne has no correlation on what is actually brought up. Also didn't arrive on time. And although I love my meals very peppery, my 8yo does not. They refuse to open the on site restaurant but its very easy to walk behind the hotel and there are loads of little cafés for snacks and a 7/11. The pool area was shaded and water quite cold. It's not a very welcoming area especially for children it's very deep. That was a disappointment.

Quite quiet not meany people around

Large living room space, comfortable mattress, loved the hotel facilities.

The breakfast food selection was much more limited than in the past. Reduced pastry range, no hotel person was permanently present inside the breakfast guest room.. The warm welcoming atmosphere of the past was.. Gone.

I enjoyed the breakfast with local hot dishes. Good coffee.

Maybe som more written information about the hotel and the faciilities. How to travel around and how to find the best things to do etc.

We had a comfortable stay, room was nice, awesome staff and ideal location which is close to Mega Bangna where we have witnessed the fireworks during New Year's Eve.
