Only staff is good but location very far from city Centre

Staff a bit unfriendly, didn’t speak any English and the price was different to what it said on the website.

I booked this room 40 days in advance. On the day of arrival, the manager met us with the words that we had to pay an additional 200 baht or cancel the reservation. In response to our refusal to pay extra, the manager closed the office doors (as I realized later, so that her screams could not be heard from the street) and began yelling at me and my minor daughter. Most of the neighbors listened to her scream for 10 minutes. We were forced to pay extra. It was already evening and there was no way to look for another option. The walls in the room were very dirty. The next morning, another manager returned my 200 baht, saying that it was a deposit. I do not recommend this hotel.

This place is a scam.

Scamming people round. Also with many tricks according to the reviews on other sites and from my own experience and another booking customer that day.

location is inside the allies and no free airport shuttle provided despite it was advertized on booking.com and got reconfirmed few times before checking but at the time of checking the staff dont speak english and they connected with some one who told that bookinig.com made mistake of false advertizement and asked us to pay for the taxi that they ordered for drop off at the airport.

This is SCAM! do not book this one. All address and phone number are FAKE and SCAM. No one contact me when I booked the room, the phone number is NOT WORKING and FAKE! NO REFUND! I lost money for SCAMMERS!
