Brand new hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Check in was done with respect and the front desk staff spoke very good English. The air conditioning was cold, the shower was hot, the bed comfortable, and the buffet style breakfast was very good. Very quiet, convenient, and very safe for single travelors or families. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The street around the hotel was walkable and safe with many restaurants close by.

This was my second visit to the Oriole Residence. The hotel is spotless and the English speaking staff was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, kind, and very welcoming. Check in was quick and trouble fee. The room was super clean, air conditioning was bone shaking cold, the show/tube water was hot, spacious parking, breakfast tasty, balcony was great, and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and extended on additional day. A plus hotel that is customer friendly and quality-service driven.

Very new and modern hotel. Extremely close to the airport and easy to reach. There is a small vending machine and mini shop area, and they include some basic toiletries. Breakfast is super tasty! And the view is to die for. We booked last minute, at 11pm, because we had a flight cancellation, and the front desk staff were so helpful and understanding!

A few small things, like no bedside lamps and bedside charging points.

It's very close to the BKK airport, only 15-20 minutes in a taxi/Bolt, and around 135-140 baht. The bed was comfy enough. The shower had hot water, which might not be 'a given' in some places. The reception is open 24h a day. We came for the check-in at 1 AM. We didn't go for breakfast, but I heard it's nice.

The view: you see only the other building. If not for the air conditioning, probably you'd hear the airplanes. You have a very small balcony with no view really.

Perfect short stay because of proximity to the Airport. Rooms are comfortable and quiet (but that's maybe because there were not many people). 7Eleven nearby is a plus.

It's a very impersonal hotel, without any cosy place to rest or have a coffee. But we selected it because of its proximity to the airport and that wade it a perfect hotel for our purpose.

The staff is really great. Super helpful and friendly The hotel was opened in December 2021, so all the furniture and facilities are brand new, and extremely clean.

The only down side was construction that was pretty far from the hotel but was still noticable from the balcony, cause our room faced the construction site. Either wise it would get 10/10 instead of 9/10

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean. My room had a very comfortable mattress and soft pillows. Comfortable shower with good water pressure. Without traffic jams, the airport is a 20-minute drive.
