This is my third or fourth stay. It was very nice that they welcomed me back and acknowledged my loyalty. My daughter also uses the same hotel when returning to Bangkok. It’s close to the airport and has a clean and comfortable shuttle to and from the airport. Easy to and from the hotel from the highway. We are usually going to or coming from Korat. The bar has live music, pianist and vocal . Great service in the restaurant and lounge area. clean and beautiful rooms. Always quiet. Only downside is the view over the garden. Can’t complain because the price of the room I choose is usually mid range. If I stayed more than a couple of days I would op for the pool view.

Nothing can be done about the business next to the garden, but that’s the only downside.

Really close to airport with free shuttle. Very clean. We booked executive room so free lounge with tea and coffee and snacks was great. Definitely would stay again

Airport shuttle runs every hour by appointment - pickup as for other hotels is through Door B Gate 5 after baggage claim. Note; -Its best to check in with the hotel transfer desk by Door B so they know you are there cos its pandemonium out there at Gate 5. The value is very good. It might be that the hotel's decor is a little dated with dark colors and the very long room corridors with dark colors. the room however was large and light with floor to ceiling windows -bath with a huge tub. The Breakfast was excellent with a lot of hot cold Western and Asian choices. The pool area and garden were very nice. Ask for a room close to the pool elevator so you can go directly down to the pool and restaurant without walking down long dark corridors. There's a 711 and low key massage store and some local restaurants on the very busy road out front. The staff were courteous and helpful.

If they update the decor it will be a much more expensive hotel !

Everything about this hotel is simply amazing. Pre - booking I requested extra pillows - they were in the room on arrival. The staff were lovely, facilities for 7th floor large room, with access to a lounge providing complimentary soft drinks, coffee and snacks was well worth the extra and the room itself was complete with free mini bar (no alcohol). Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely evening in the restaurant at very reasonable prices and a nice bar with live laid back music. You would expect to pay £300+ per night for this standard in London.

Absolutely nothing

Check-in was very quick. Airport shuttle and breakfast organised at check-in, if required. Payment for the actual room was taken at check-in. All other costs incurred were paid at check-out. The actual room was delightful and spacious. Essential amenities provided in the bathroom also. Bed extremely comfortable. The room service menu was extensive and food excellent. All in all a perfect hotel to stay in either prior to a long flight or returning from one. The staff were excellent and professional. Everything worked like clockwork which is exactly what is required prior to any flight. Thank you Amaranth. We will most definitely will be booking with you again.

There could have been a 'Happy Hour' at the bar. Also, as I am a senior person a walk-in shower would have been better than a hop in bath shower.

There is nothing I don’t like

Spacious, modern, and very well-kept with an upscale, tranquil vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. It was the perfect setting to rest and reflect after a deeply meaningful two-week journey through Thailand - especially with emotions running high after the earthquake. It gave me the space to pause and prepare for my flight home.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the airport shuttle as the staff at check-out said it was full - though it didn’t feel like a genuine effort was made to accommodate. It slightly took away from an otherwise peaceful and restorative final stay.

From the drive into the pristine beautiful grounds we felt invited and relaxed. Desk staff and Bell desk service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Explained things about the property and made suggestions for while we were there. The room was immaculate and well supplied, maid service was quick and thorough. Pool and pool room service was great, breakfast buffet was wonderful and the evening meals we had there were delicious and served by friendly staff. Airport shuttle and checkout was a breeze. I will stay again when in the area

Having a staff member at the pool to take drink orders would be helpful, having to phone in an order was confusing to people so very few used the service. When we did and our order was delivered a number of people gave their order to our server.

Have stayed here before - very close to the airport and has fantastic facilities. Particularly the gym and pool. The gym is well equipped for a workout and I have only ever had it to myself. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. Staff are great ! Very helpful with any advice or bookings you might need (taxi into the city etc). They have a shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi - we needed to get to Don Mueang and the reception staff booked our taxi which was inexpensive. We will always stay here when we need a hotel at Suvarnabhumi!! Highly recommend 👌

Great transit hotel if you just want airport shuttle,BUT!! very far removed from downtown Bangkok. Lovely spacious property, appeared to have a lot of quiet business travellers and was not busy when we were there. Very nice secluded pool. Staff were very helpful and formal.

Not a great location for visiting downtown Bangkok. The area outside the hotel had a four lane road with fast traffic. It was a poor residential area. No shops, resturants and bars were for locals and had little to offer a tourist. Going to Bangkok was difficult and could take an hour or more. On our last day we had a flight at 7p.m. yet we couldnt chance a trip into Bangkok because of the notorous traffic jams so we had to spend tha\t day in the hotel.
