Good equipped spacious rooms. Big bahtub, good after long haul flight. Friendly staff.

Shuttle service free only few times in the morning available, from 08.30 it is no free to 12.00 available. They charge you 500 baht for extra transport.for airport hotel service could be better here

Not my first visit to the Summit Windmill, and the doormen who fetched my luggage WARMLY WELLCOMED ME HOME!! That means a lot for a business traveller! Spacious Rooms, as good as ever. It is clear that the hotel is ageing a bit...Also, the cleaning of the rooms (depending on the cleaners) could be better. Breakfast is very good and complete, even at busy times like during my visit. The hotel staff really go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Golf course is a big bonus, and night golf makes all the difference for business travellers. In short, this won't be my last visit to The Summit Windmill, I'll just have to put up with those little blemishes. Perhaps this is a trigger for some small upgrades??

The hotel is located in a suburban. The staff is so nice. It is suitable for long stay and for people who likes golf. The breakfast is good and costs about THB 300 which is cheaper than on the booking.com They have complimentary transportation to BKK Airport.

There were some geckos came from the garden. we saw a small Crocodile running to the lake.

The family room was very spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, big living room, small kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a bath tub) and all the rooms has TV. One bedroom has a wide double bed and other two single beds which can be moved together. The view is straight to the golf course. Trip to the BKK airport takes about 20-30 minutes. I liked the hotel and the big rooms and for this money it is really excellent choice.

We had a room with breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, but fill the purpose. As almost always in Thailand, they put meat almost to every warm food. Difficult for vegetarians or vegans. Airport shuttle worked well, but if you are coming from BKK airport and want to get to the hotel, it is not so easy to communicate with the hotel by messages. Maybe better to call and make the arrangements with the hotel. Going back to the airport was smooth and easy.

First time stay at this property - came mainly for the night golf experience, tee time booking was very easy to arrange. The property was as expected, staff were welcoming and the room was amazing, very comfortable - only stayed for the one night this trip so didn't get to experience all the facilities that the property had to offered but will definitely stay again.

I stayed here mainly for the night golf experience...... from booking, to check in, to the first tee - there were definitely no complaints - staff were very helpful. If anything that spoiled the stay as well as the golf experience was the pace of play on the course - having to wait almost 5-10 minutes on every tee box / every shot and no course marshal in sight to manage the situation (almost 3 hours to play 9 holes). Maybe if the pace of play was more reasonable on the course, I may have had a chance to try out some of the facilities the property had to offer.

The suitr was very spacious, well designed and decorated to give it a tasteful and quality home touch. The big balcony with golf course view was gorgeous, and with a big jacuzzi tub to soak in all day while enjoying the Tee-off at hole #16! The suite #701 came with an outdoor dining table that faced the other side of golf course was a bonus! Wardrobe space and bathroom were spacious and well decked. Bathtub was big to easily fit 2 persons. Has washing machine and dryer and drying rack for laundry needs. Big fridge well stocked with drinks and beer (though payable). There is a minimart within walking distance and free bicycles for use too. The gym is reasonably sized and well equipped. Well done!!

Only the last day we experienced brownish coloured water when filling up the bathtub. It wasn't a problem in the earlier days. The pool is more like a plunge pool for soaking, not for swimming. Otherwise, this place is near perfect!

It was amazing, the suite room was more like an apartment 109m2: entrance, kitchen, dining table, living room (sofa tv table), balcony with table and chairs, bedroom view to greenery+access to balcony, desk for workspace, from bedroom walk-in closet, then huge bathroom (shower, WC, bath, 2 sinks, huge mirror). The bathroom was warm, most likely they had floor heating, it felt so good. Most of the hotel bathrooms are very cold, especially the floor. Good towels. Plenty of drawers, and cupboards. Quiet, peaceful. The swimming pool is small but very nice and the water was very soft and natural. Towels are there but no changing room, only a WC and an open shower. Only 2 sunbeds, table with armchairs and long sitting bench. The bed was very comfortable and had super-quality sheets. Breakfast I was not able to try as left too early. The room had few fruits on arrival, which the check-in person was not aware of. They had a doorman, who was very polite and helpful with luggage car door etc. Like it is proper.

-An extra 2000 THB was reserved from the card at check-in and once checked out it did not release the money immediately, after 2 days still blocked. Usually, hotels have credit card data it's good enough. - a little tricky to find reception/lobby from the elevator (plse add more signs) -Free shuttle run only after 2h, not hourly, so little inconvenient and had to pay extra for a taxi. Booking.com said: Free airport shuttle service can be arranged upon request. / clearly it's wrong information. -Staff could be more knowledgeable and with better English. It is one of those things that surprises- A booking site promises more or photos are not as accurate as the reality in the hotel. I hope it will be taken care of.

My third visit to the Summit Windmill; this means a lot. Very warm wellcome and recognition by some of the staff. The rooms (appartments) are all well equiped, roomy (100+ sq m.) The view over the golf course and the accesibility of it is great. The service in general; cleaning, bathroom, in-room service, filled fridge, etc. is all great. The improved (daily) re-stacking of the fridge was a warm wellcome. I was able to invite my co-workers for a meeting in the sitting room, with lots to offer. Hotel has an efficient airport shuttle service. The staff really go out of their way to serve. I have met 2 more regular customers that I met during earlier visits.

Bathroom is getting a bit dated (blistering paint here and there, the shower head needs changing). Breakfast selection could be upgraded?

The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The staff at reception wouldn’t allow me to get the key card before 2:00pm. I was visiting a friend and had no intention of going to the room until much later that evening. There were no security staff in the car park to admit me when I returned and without a key card, I had to wait 30 minutes before being able to collect my key card from reception. There is no complimentary water. You have to pay for everything at minibar rates. The curtains don’t have a blackout, so lying in isn’t an option.

The two bedroom suite was very large and had lots of conveniences like a Nespresso machine, laundry machine, microwave, stove, plates, utensils, and a dining table. Showers are nice. The free shuttle to Suvarnabhumi was great. Mega Bangna is only 20 minutes away for shopping and lots of restaurants. I'd highly recommend as a stopover near the airport or a long stay if you like to golf.

The Nespresso machine was a little finicky. The pool is very small, and the stone floor around the pool is very slippery when wet. Not good for kids.
