The building itself is huge, and the staff clearly do their best – great job to them. The breakfast is very good. There's a large parking lot, which was very convenient for us since we arrived late at night by car. If you're traveling by car, it's definitely a good choice.

However, the building needs renovation, as the exterior walls are worn in some areas.

The security guy at the door, the receptionist, the ladies in the spa to the cleaning ladies - they all welcomed us with a smile on their face. Especially the guest relations manager Mariam does her job very well. The hotel is big and spacious. Our room was also nice and clean and smelled nicely. We liked the spa area too. The huge outdoor waterpark is being renovated at the moment, so we couldn't swim outside but we will come back soon. It's almost finished and looks stunning. Nice and clean. The hotel itself is not brandnew anymore, you can tell that it's best days are over but as far as I could see they are constantly renovating. We will definitely come back, so I would recommend this hotel.

You need a car. There is basically nothing closeby, no supermarket, nothing.

Breakfast . Shower head not existing . When you flush the toilet it makes a loud noise. Room needs to be refurbished .

Very nice place! Clean and large room, comfortable bed. There is very nice private parking place. The personal is very friendly. I would go back again.

There are some not so important things, that we don't liked - the coffee machine at the breakfast was broken. There was no coffee at all for our stay. The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. The pool bar doesn't accept cash. But this all is not so important and you will enjoy your stay.

Room size, restaurant food selection, good staff

Is in middle of nowhere so need a car to get to the closest shop. Aqua park was meant to be open but was not. Did not have bomonti beer but advertised they do. Surely a hotel as big as this would have more than one kind of beer.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything – from the price to the service – was beyond expectations. Would 100% recommend!

Most of time during our stay only one elevator was in operation, which is not enough for such a big hotel

The indoor pool had warm water.

The shower in the bathroom is not mobile and you cant wash yourself properly.
