The breakfast was delicious and the host was friendly and helpful. Street parking was available right near the front of the building. Easy walking distance to the city center where the Cork museum is located. There are several eating and drinking establishments and a grocery quite close.

Central location near city center. Our host was delightful, courteous, and helpful. She spent time with us to tell about local attractions and places on other parts of the island. Wonderful and fresh breakfast. We really enjoyed our time in this town.

La Vecchia Posta is located in a peaceful village near local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed every trip/restaurant recommendations given by the lovely host. We also loved breakfast. Everything was memorable, we strongly recommend this B&b.

the whole team was very welcoming. they have plenty advice for you to enjoy the region but not only they all the great restaurants and beaches to go around the island. the room is large and comfortable. definitely a good choice

Super traditional place and very friendly

Its central, breakfast is nice rooms are good so there is really nothing to complain. Lked the friendly reception but my Italian language skills are more then weak - sorry for that. Was there off season so parking close to the house was not issue either (if there is one at all)

Liked the location however not easy to find without navigation as it is really "downtown" with some small streets. My navigation system was a bit confused at the end (google maps)....

Very nice and friendly B&B with a marvelous breakfast. The variety of honey served was astonishing. The authentic environment and clean room with a comfy bed.

It is a B&B. Which I like. But not a hotel.
