A tranquil place. The room was reasonably spacious and very clean. The toilet was big and clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was extremely kind and supportive. Overall it's a good value for the price.

The farm was tranquil but didn't have much to do. It's a farm, so you won't find anything on walking, you need a car to reach the city. But it's very close. We had an issue with the AC which started to leak a lot of water, but quickly the staff came to support us, however after they fix it, the AC was not cooling properly anymore. The communication with the staff was only via the Booking.com chat, because the reception was closed most of the time, but at least they usually replied fast.

Lovely and quiet accommodation with splendid views of sea, mountains and olive groves. They have a restaurant on site, where local food and wine is served. We wholly enjoyed interaction with farm pets - cats, dogs, donkeys and goats. Rooms are spacious and well decorated but could have also a minibar, glasses and some basic cutlery, since restaurant is not always open.

Not far from Olbia but too much to walk. Infrequent and inexpensive public bus could be an option. Otherwise, car is a must. There is nothing much to do around the farm.

Beautiful traditional Italian farm, only 10min from Oblia’s centre. Very clean and comfortable room in separate building surrounded by olive trees. Staff is super nice and always available to help you. There also the extra perk of the many dogs and cats that you get to pet around the farm, as well as little goats and the cutest donkeys.

Can’t name one thing

We had a really nice stay in Nacchinono. The surroundings are stunning and calm. The owner is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast is provided. The room are furnished nicely and complete. There is a small fridge to store some beverages. It is easy to reach the city centre of Olbia, but note that you will need a car.

The airconditioning had a hard time keeping the room cool. And it would be nice if there were more sitting areas to enjoy the beautiful surroundings 😊

location outside the Olbia was a great choice, the calmness and the silence this property provides is something to dream of. rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bathroom is really functional. easy to find and easy to enjoy. also the hosts were really kind and friendly even thought they do not speak best english ever they are very helpful and sincere. The breakfast was also very very nice so as the views from the terrace.

there might be some mosquitoes if you forgot to close the doors of the room and the tvs are completely useless since they don’t have any programs.

Quiet setting outside of town. Lovely staff and nice little breakfast. Sweet pups and kitties around.

The grassy areas were a bit overgrown and could use attention. I saw great reviews about the restaurant and was looking forward to being able to experience it. They were not one for dinner while I was there. 😔

Well located, 10 minutes from Olbia center but very secluded and calm at the same time. Super zen environnement surrounded by lots of cute animals and olive trees. Gianfranco was super welcoming and made our stay super enjoyable.

Franko was an amazing host! We had a homemade dinner by Franko and tried his wine as well as his homemade Mirto liquor. Everything was exceptionally good! The location is very nice and there is plenty of nature and animals around. We stayed only one night but we will definitely come back next time we visit Olbia.

If these things would bother you, consider: -bright at night -weak AC -(not too optimal to reach via long dirt road with the smallest rental cars)

The room was spacious and the bathroom big and modern. Maybe a big mirror inside the room would make it the best but that is just a minor detail :) They cleaned the room every day, something we didn't ask but we really appreciated it. The breakfast was great, we really enjoyed the quality and the variety they had. The location was excellent, great city view, quiet and it feels you are in a small village but you definitely need a car.
