Very poor. Waiter was unhelpful when we asked for some more cereal bowls. The machine for boiling eggs was turned off. The orange juice machine did not work. croissants were tasteless as was the coffee.

Room was fine so was the bathroom and separate toilet. Very good shower. The evening meal was excellent and service was very good. Waiters very friendly and helpful.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We travelled with our pet dog border collie and were so comfortable in our poolside room. We brought him with us for dinner and sat on the terrace. Waiters loved him. Big green areas to run him. Kids loved the pools. Outdoor pool was lovely and warm.

Breakfast was good and the location is excellent. Very quiet village with a selection of small shops nearby

We loved our stay at Le Clos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given a triple room in the main building which actually had 2 very comfortable double beds. One bed was huge!!! We had a great night's sleep. There was no shower only a bath but it was clean and a good sized bathroom. It was quite a quirky room a bit like fawlty towers days but comfy and clean with TVs. The grounds around the hotel are stunning, so beautiful and well kept. The reception and shared areas are modern, clean and bright. We had dinner and breakfast, both were delicious. They did a set menu for both adults and kids. We had prawns and steak and a good bottle of rosé wine all reasonably priced. The staff were all lovely and very patient with our lack of French. (Thanks for working out our broken French and sign language). We were pleased to see dogs were allowed in this hotel. A few were dotted around at dinner. Great for pet owners!! This hotel has 2 swimming pools. One indoor and one outdoor. There is even a steam room and a sauna. We must have spent about 6 hours using the facilities, brilliant!!!! So good for the kids. We were allowed to use the facilities up until 1pm on day of departure. We will definitely come back. Its a great stop if you're driving to/from calais going to Brittany - just over 3 hours drive. Its very close to Honfleur and not to far from Etretat. We noticed they had some lovely looking rooms facing the pool with access to their own sun loungers. Next time we will pay a bit more and choose one of those rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

Very authentic French feel. French decor. Very friendly staff. Big quiet room. Fantastic food with a great location for outside dining.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were quite good. The restaurant was also very good, the best creme brulée I have eaten!!!

The cleaning of the room tok place around 17.00, so it was not always on time for us.

Super indoor and outdoor pools, excellent room.
