Location was perfect to bookend our trip to the Normandy Beaches. The last minute discovery that the restaurant was closed was actually an plus point as it meant that we found the most amazing restaurant down the road - which we would have missed. Le Moulin Saint Georges, sur mer, 440 Rte de Trouville, 14600 Pennedepie, France. Scores 12/10!

Pre Visit communications were non existent, and I was trying to book dinner at their restaurant - but we found out on arrival that it was not open. Bar closed too early too.

The hotel is in a fantastic location just 10 minute drive from Honfleur. The property has magnificent views. Our suite had a bedroom and seperate living space with sofa bed. There was a private balcony with chairs and table. The external pool is a good size and depth with loungers around the edge. There is a bar, games room, inside pool, gym and restaurant. Breakfast was lovely and well priced.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we visited. We were not told why. However we went into Honfleur and had an enjoyable evening there so worked out well. There is no air conditioning in the property so it is warm even with the window open. However the view from the bed is amazing and there was a thunder storm in the distance which provided a beautiful show.

We had a very pleasant stay in this rurally located hotel, which was well located between Honfleur and Trouville. Their heated outdoor pool was much appreciated

We selected this hotel on Booking.com, because it offered a restaurant, but on check in we were most disappointed to find that their restaurant was closed. This caused us to drive out each evening into Villerville, where we pleased to find satisfactory restaurants.

The location tucked away in the quiet countryside was wonderful. 10 mins drive from the coast honfleur, villeville and trouville

Lack of pool towels ! Just 1 per person for the bedrooms. Would advise taking your own towels. Dinner was booked for 7pm...starters served an hour later...mains 90 minutes after booking. The food was great but took too long to serve

Location, friendly staff. THAT VIEW :). Really charming. The effort everybody is going to ensuring a pleasant experience here.

Pool was a bit on the cold side, but we had such cold unseasonal weather before we got there. Also, there is an indoor pool if you prefer. The outdoor one certainly woke us up, and actually was really pleasant once you got in. I can't say I didn't like the pool, but didn't really know what else to put, that was all I could come up with.

it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good to, and the view while you're eating is fantastic. The swimming pool it was refreshing. For travelers who are doing Normandie by car, it's a 10/15 minute ride to Honfleur. All Family loved the stay.

The price is quite floating for this hotel, if you book it under 150 eur it would be really great value for money. Nice room, location with perfect view, renovated hotel, good parking.

We were told during check in there is a restaurant for dinner available. Hour later we tried to get a table. However, they were full, so we had to go to the village/city (15 min drive time). They were not flexible to provide meal to the room or on the terrace, which has been empty. The problem was it was late evening and our 5 months old baby was not in the travelling mood. The restaurant staff simply did not care at all nor tried to offer at least some alternative.

Setting was lovely, very good food at the restaurant. Parking was good.

No drink facilities in the room ( fridge provided) not able to purchase drinks outside of meal times. Staff were not seen outside of set meal times, breakfast and dinner.

Stunning value ! Amazing location with views to the sea. Really quiet, only bird noise. Pool(s) were a lovely feature, especially after a long day travelling. Room was big, bed comfy and I slept really well. We ate in the restaurant and this was really good too. Perhaps the best frites I have ever had to be honest, ever anywhere ! Steak was pretty darn tasty too. I'd come back and stay for longer next time rather than just a visit passing through.

Could tell this was a hotel that was/is a little tired around the edges - the pub red carpet. But frankly the location, the facilities, the staff and the value do make these things moot. But I would recommend a bath mat in bathroom (essential really), some tea/coffee making facilities in room (I'd have loved a coffee at 6am...) and probably some better shampoo (not an all in one stuff). But all in good time !

Hotel was set just outside of town which was lovely and quiet. Our room had a balcony overlooking Le Havre, which was amazing. Swimming pool was great. Parking on site which is always important when travelling on a motorbike. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
