Everything! The place with jacuzzi was amazing! A little for us to use it while we stayed for the night! The parking was easily available on the streets for free! Just keep in mind of paying the parking spot from 9-10am as the check out is by 10am and the city is actively citing people for unpaid parking which we noticed.

The street has active late night bars which some couple or stayovers may love it but for us we dont drink so it kinda disturbed our night specially with people's conversations on the steets.

Nice, very clean appartment. Perfect for single-travellers. Location is very good, it is possible to go to the central station on foot (around 15-20 min), by e-scooter 10 min. It is located in the area of restaurants and bars, so travellers have a choice where to go for lunch/dinner. Kitchen is equipped with dishers, small cups, pan, teakettle and a filter coffee machine. Also there is a fridge, a microwave, and a TV.

I cannot say that there are some significant disadvantages. Just one thing. There was no hair dryer and I did not take mine from home. I believe it is good and convinient when a hair dryer is available at the accomodation.

An amazing location, great vibe close to bars and restaurants. The view is absolutely amazing, secure storage for or bicycles. We loved it and hope to be back next year,,

Some people have said it’s a bit noisy, and yes with the windows open you can hear the bars and restaurants, but really, it’s part of the vibe. Ear plugs are available for light sleepers. It didn’t bother us and we will be coming back next year.

Although the host could not come for the check -in they provided detailed and accurate guide for every step and possible questions. Super clean bed sheets

The balcony seemed unsafe as not well separated from neighboring room balconies. Super tiny table (but it is not an issue if you do not need a table for working there are enough furniture elements for personal belongings)

Very clean, freshly renovated, functional, compact and had everything we needed. Fabulous location in the heart of town, comfortable bed. Nice large windows let in the sun. Easy communication and check in with hots.

Nothing major - apartment is on third floor and there is no lift, some noise from bars downstairs but that is to be expected in a big city! Need to pay for street parking between 9am and 5.30pm

We all liked the location and the room itself was small, but comfy. The bed in the room was very comfortable. We came by car, so it was very great that the parking lot is right beside the building and there are a lot of supermarkets around. Huge thanks to the hosts for being in touch and helping out when it was needed!

We booked the room for 3 people, but the towels were only 2. One person had to use the feet towel, because we didn't bring ours :( It's was also a bit noisy at night

Very good location. Small studio with everything one needs. Great balcony with view onto the Volcano. Easy entrance and exit of the property. Excellent location

You can hear the other rooms, but fortunately the neighbors were quiet

The only thing they can do better is to put some shampoos and shower gel like they do in the hotels. In my opinion it would be great

Super clean, like brand new, great location, functional kitchen, one could stay here for a week or so, if necessary. Balcony. A small amount of tea & coffee and a madeleine were provided, which was a nice touch. Fast wifi. Easy check-in and out. The area is great!

Noise from the bar downstairs but not as bad as the reviews suggest. The mattress was firm! Rooms are small but ok for one person. The info on Booking is a bit confusing: this is a former hotel that is being transformed into studios. What you reserve is one single room, of which there are 10 or so (not 4). It would be good if there were double rooms but there are none yet.

The communucation with stuff (via booking) was very good, kind and informative. The location is very convinient. 20 min on foot to Gares and right behind the Volcano. The walls are thin which made me (traveling solo) feel safe to hear someone talking on the phone in the app next to mine.

It would be great if the bathroom sink was clean like everything else was.
