Exceptionally kind manager who walked us to the secure car park. We had also arrived late and he was extremely kind about it. The room was very quiet, cosy with character. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was generous and good quality. The location was good and the taverna des paillettes serve good food till 11pm and is only 200m away. The room had also plenty of sockets which is helpful when tou have to charge two phones, laptops, hearing aids, camera battery... The lighting of the room was very well thought through

Major problem is that the hotel has no private parking. There are parking spaces all round on the roads but you have to pay by the day. It’s not the expense so much, but the anxiety in finding a space and being certain that you have paid for all the time needed. Machines often out of action.

The owners were lovely. After a full day of seeing the Normandy beaches when we came back they offered us a cup of coffee or tea which was very appreciated. The breakfast options were vast. There is a grocery store across the street as well.

The hotel was well situated, close to the centre and the beach. Surprisingly well equipped room and an equally surprising varied breakfast, for a French hotel. The gentleman at the desk was welcoming and helpful. It really was good value for our money

We stayed overnight on a cycle tour and found all the staff to be super welcoming and helpful

The hotel is on quite a noisy roundabout, but then it did turn out to be Bastille Day so probably not surprising!

Bathroom was quite small to get about in. Got a breakfast voucher .. but the cafe we had to use it at was not great!!

The young man who worked at the front desk was very helpful and spoke proficient English.

The continental breakfast was not complimentary and was disappointing considering the price.

There was a minor hiccup in checking in, but the staff was so accommodating. The room was large and the beds comfy. Location seemed great, it was a short stay but otherwise close to a great boulangerie, the water and shops.

Check in was a little confusing but would not be a deal breaker.

Clean and perfectly located. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
