Location was central, high pressure in the shower, a very generous breakfast, and air conditioning in the room made this a pleasant stay for us. The staff, from the receptionist to the cleaners, were all very friendly. The price is quite reasonable too.

Access to the underground parking was a pain. You had to ring a bell to get into the parking, and then to get into the hotel from the parking, you had to ring another bell. The rooms are a little small.

Nice and comfy hotel close to the city and motorway. Good and secure underground parking. Room was clean and have separate toilet and bathroom which was handy for the people who are traveling with family. Big screen tv but only one english news channel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had breakfast around 8.30-9.00, seems good variety but when we arrived almost all meat was gone only little bit of eggs and cheese left. Was not refilled before we had to leave.

Overall, our experience was positive. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring the town.

The hallways could definitely benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some decoration, but aside from that, everything else was just fine.

I liked that the location was within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The restaurant served very good food. The room was comfortable.

The staff were not too friendly because my French is poor. I saw them pulling a face of hilarity at each other behind my back. Everywhere else I visited on this trip, people seemed to be pleased that I was at least trying to speak their beautiful language.

What you pay is what you get. +We liked that it is centrally located close to many tourist places.We stayed for 7 nights & we drove from there to diff places in Normandy, only to discover Le Havre as a very very nice place for a holiday. +The bed was comfy. + decent room cleaning +varied fruit/cheese options +nice bread & pastries

-Breakfast & kitchen area quite messy. Having had breakfast for7 days I kept observing & pointing out the same things but nothing changed. Dishes are not washed properly , I kept returning a plate, fork etc that did not wash well in the dishwasher. Detergent traces could be seen on most of them I ended up rinsing them in the bathroom. The fruit was unwashed, I took them in my room to eat, & the meats were rolled individually out of the packet…why would not put the slices on a tray with a fork & roll them all by hand?? -the corridors & outside are starting to look shabby. Tiles instead of carpeting would give a cleaner aspect.

Spotless room, comfy bed & breakfast was delicious. Staff spoke good English too. Very secure parking payable but to us worth it. The bathroom was poorly lit, but we managed.

Well located in quiet area close to Channel ferry port and access to motorway, still within gentle 15 min walk to restaurants in city centre. Pleasant welcome and reception area with relaxing surroundings and nice fitness suite. Very good breakfast with excellent choice of fresh fruit and non-dairy milk.

Check in is normally at 1600. I was allowed to access the room as early as 13.30. The room was basic, small, but comfortable.

The toilet was not clean properly and it was visible what type of business somebody else did. The breakfast was quite basic, allot of sweets (croissants, pancakes, etc) but did not offer much in way of cooked food.

As close to the ferry port as you can get. Well-placed for a walk in the town centre too. The facilities are new; the staff firendly. Nothing else to wish for on a short stay in Le Havre.

Nice central location. Plus: we could park our car in the closed of garage for a little extra payment. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

The room is pretty small, the bed not the most comfortable. The restaurant isn’t that cosy either. Felt more like a school cafateria.
