Nice bed, nice staff. I was working most of the time and slept only 3-4 hrs every night due to a lot of work, so I did not really have a chance to try out all of the facilities, restaurant or bar.

There was no work desk in the room, I had to move a small bar table around near to an electrical plug every day in order to work with my PC - this table, however was moved by the cleaning staff every day, which is understandable. However, a nuisance that there was no work desk in the executive room, which I was expecting, as I paid extra to get this room. I compared it to the cheaper regular room which looked nicer as it also had a terrace.

Everything was great but I didn’t receive my deposit back as of yet staff said it would take around 5 days but it’s been longer and still haven’t received my deposit. There is no details to contact there no answer of the phones and email is getting returned

Dinner was very good. Front office staff were exceptional both evening and morning. Extremely helpful provided adaptor which a $450 a night hotel in Paris could not provide. Morning front desk gentleman went outside with us to direct us to the train station. Highly recommend your hotel.

The location was very good. The rooms were large ,comfortableIt and clean. was great to have a balcony.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is not good enough. Tables of people who have finished their breakfast are not cleared. There are many empty tables, but they all have dirty plates. Finished food is not replaced immediately.

Good location near docs and marina, though s bit far from the city seaside promenade (50 min walk). Professional staff.

Would be good to have at least 1 sort of fish for breakfast (herring, mackerel, salmon - whatever). Would not heart to have locks on room inside doors to bathroom and toilet.

Excellent room, a suite for 4, great view to the harbour, excellent staff, clean, excellent location. Good bkft and dinner. Plenty games for kids in the lobby. Rituals toiletries. We loved the hotel and the city🥳

Nothing to dislike

the room was great. just big enough for the 4 of us. the facilities in the room were good but could have been a little more comprehensive. it was really clean and the staff were so wonderfully helpful.

the breakfast was very simple and the selection was not particularly varied however it did fit the description on the website.

Great location，just next to the bus and train station and room is very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. Price wise is much cheaper than Paris.

The Gym is a bit small and simple. Do not provide any drinking water in the Gym.

Room was large and well equipped. AC and WiFi were very good. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after our luggage in a secure room until we collected it after we checked out.

Friendly staff, nice lobby area and bar. Clean room and cheap parking.

The breakfast was delicious but around 09:30 a lot of food hasn't been replaced, so the selection wasn't so big.
