Nice location - 7-10 min walking distance from trains and bus stations. Clean, nice and well-equipped room. Everything is new! Bed is wide and convenient. Also it is very quiet - no street noise at all, even from the trams! Everything is automatic, codes instead of the keys.

as there were no people, sometimes it could be difficult to find a problem solution. In my case I give 9 instead of 10 as I could get wifi access only on my last night of staying. There were no instructions, nobody to ask, and no response if you write via their site form

Smart Apart is across from Universite tram stop but also walkable from main bus station. Plenty if food options and a market near Smart Apart. Also a washer and dryer availailable on main floor. Walking to cruiseport is not advised. You can walk to the mall on the water. Fridge and microwave in room. I had to ask the only other guest I saw for wifi password. Place is very quiet.

I truly enjoy my vacation in Havre, and what makes it better was the location of the property I stayed in. Easy access to everything from shops, transportations ,and walking distance to the train station.

I would have been more than happy to have the room cleaned up every day, and particularly replacing toilet paper which I hade to request it myself.

No recycling bin, nor in the room, neither in the building. In 2025, that's nonsense. Also, there was no soap in the room. Just an oversight.

This was the best hotel I stayed at price wise and just in general. The room was clean, warm, it had all the necessities such is hair dryer, microwave, fridge, water kettle, tv, WiFi, ac, and even a toaster!
