We've stayed here a few times now over the years and always had a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect for us, it's easy to find and there is nearby parking if you don't use the hotel parking. The staff have always been friendly & helpful, the rooms are clean & comfortable with a large bathroom, good showers and spacious. It's great to have a little kitchen area for convenience. Overall great value for money, would choose to stay again, recommended.

It was very clean. Coffee machine 24/7. Staff welcoming. White and clean bed sheets, towels. All necessary things (dishes) are available at hall to borrow. Different type of Games. Variety of food for breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. We were traveling with 2 young kids and we felt very welcomed, special thanks to the receptionist Alex, who made sure we were very comfortable with the kids.

The day already started well as we were received by a friendly staff who didn't mind speaking English. The room was on the top floor, and there was little to no noise coming in from the outside. There was plenty of space in the bathroom with basic needs, and the kitchen was moderny equipped. I was also able to reserve a parking space in a closed area from the hotel, which was very easy to do via chat.

The hotel and room was generally good. and appropriate for families. The location is close to docks but a bit far from the Center.

We found the bedsofa in living room was a bit dirty and stained. I complained about this to staff..

We've stayed here a few times before and probably will again, it's location is very convenient for us, the price is good for the quality of the hotel & rooms offered. The staff have always been very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean & comfortable, the bathroom large with an excellent shower. The convenience of the small kitchen area is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

rooms are cleaned only if you stay 8+ nights location (dock district is not really safe in the evening) + 45 minutes walk from the center (but only 15 minutes by scooter) reception is available not 24/7 bad Wi-Fi

Very friendly to our dog, excellent location with everything within walking distance, our studio was very comfortable.

Cleanliness and breakfast was good. The entrance and lobby was great with a library.

No air conditioner in the facility, so in summer time i had to open the window at night which caused the noise in the room from outside.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Private parking. 5 minutes walking distance to a mall.

No garbage removal. Bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived. Rough towels.
