I like the location of the hotel. It's literally located across the bus/train station. The hotel has a bar/restaurant. Moreover, there are restaurants and convenient stores all around. Additionally, Le Docks - an indoor Mall with restaurants and shops is literally minutes away by foot. In fact, standing outside from a distance, you could see Le Docks.

The noise was an issue especially from the Tram passing by. I expected the noise since the hotel is located in the heart of downtown Le Havre. This hotel is not for a light sleeper. Internet connection was an issue at first but it got stronger afterwards. FYI, just make sure you check all the boxes and agree to ALL terms of usage the free WiFi service.

Excellent location - 2 mins on foot from the station. The room was small but comfortable enough for one. The place is clean and tidy. The toilet/shower was small but pretty nice for a single person the toiler door is a glass slider (see through!). The restaurant at the groung floor was nice and cozy. I had dinner and just loved it. Reasonbaly priced, the place is accessible from anywhere to anywhere on foot or bus or tram. The staff were really courteous. I would recommend without hesitation.

I liked the place but a few points taken care, this could be a great experience: 1. Toilet/Shower: An opaque glass for the door or a curtain; the hand/face wash basin is cute but needs to bigger as the water spills everywhere while washing face. 2. Put a few hangers in the room to hand clothes 3. Breakfast quality could be improved (milk, cereals, boiled eggs).

Convenient location near station. I stayed one night before joining a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable.Two bad points a) the WiFi was very unreliable, b) there was a problem at breakfast with the electricity. The egg boiler was cold so I turned it on to cook an egg. That tripped a fuse and the coffee machine also went off. The woman staff member came and scolded me. The machine should have been on already - I never got an egg and the coffee machine kept going off. This was somehow my fault?! A shame as until then I was enjoying my stay. I would use the hotel again for convenience and price but I wouldn't bother with the breakfast.

.The problem with the electricity was somehow my fault and the staff member had a bad attitude. The wifi needs upgrading.

The proprietor was welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room good too. The breakfast (self service) was excellent. The location is perfect for onward travelling by bus or train. Two observations. The bathroom window has no blind and light comes through to the bedroom through the sliding door panels. It's also big enough for someone to climb in from the neighbouring balcony if you accidentally left it open.

Very close the train and tram stations The room was very clean and not smelly. All staff was welcoming specially the woman who does the rooms, she is very kind, and was asking every day if we need something for the room. We could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out at the reception

The breakfast was fine but it did not have value for money. It's expensive for what it is. The room has some mosquiteos but it's not their fault so bring your materials if they bother you.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel! The location, just opposite the train station and 20' walk to the centre of Le Havre (well worth a visit!!) - was perfect for me. Staff were very friendly and check in and check out were very smooth. The room was very spacious and luminous, beautifully decorated, with a nice view and with an excellent bathroom and shower. The bed was big and super comfortable. The best thing? A coffee machine with a great collection of coffee capsules/flavours! I thought that was a truly nice touch, an excellent gesture, and I wish all hotels, including some who charge much more, were that generous! Un grand merci, I would warmly recommend!

Location is such that it can get a bit noisy, but that wasn't a problem at all for me - the rooms are well isolated.

The staff are nice and friendlly. It is quiet during the night time even the hotel is close to the train station. Every morning, there is a cleaning service; the bed is remade and the towels are changed.

Very bad WIFI connection in the room. In the corridor, the connection is stable with a good speed, but in the room there is no stable wifi connectino.

The room was huge. There’s extra bed. All the lines are clean and soft. The bathroom is quite huge as well. The only problem is the heater since its not working but the staff are very responsive and gave us the solution. Overall we are satisfied.

The heater isnt working. Its cold in the room even with small portable heater that they provided. The curtains is broken, i have to fix it myself for some privacy.
