Right by the port. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar was open until midnight and had fun playing on the double length table football (never seen one before)

The lifts were extremely small and just felt old (doors took forever to open etc). Also, parking wasn’t great - I think there were 4 spaces outside the hotel itself and then street parking on the one road.

red is the predominant color in the room, I would have preferred a more relaxing colour (blue, green)

EVERYTHING! It was outstanding. After a week of staying in tiny, disappointing hotel rooms in Normandy, at around the same price, we felt so spoilt when we arrived at The Mercure and got to our room, No 507, A Prestige Suite. It was amazing and our 14 year old loved it too. So much space, the most we’d had all week. Gorgeous, stylish decor, luxury touches, from the Nespresso machine to the bathrobes and the giant TV. Comfy beds too. Lovely, friendly reception staff and a fab atmosphere downstairs in the foyer/bar. Just wish we could have stayed for a second night. We’ll be back for sure!

The staff was super attentive and kind. They spoke different languages, making me and my family even more comfortable reaching out. Breakfast options were great and with gluten free options.

The parking access is difficult as we had to leave the building and carrying the luggage in and out was a challenge.

Super comfy bed

When using the smart tv with my phone , the wifi signal was poor, and I had to connect it several times when using the mirroring app. There isn't a direct connection between the parking of the hotel and the hotel itself. We had to get out in the street when it was raining.

Location is top walking distance for all the activites and station, the staff is friendly and professional

It was warm in the room during the night and we can control the AC in the room as its a central air conditioning.

it was easy to find, however parking initially was tricky we were greeted by friendly, hospitable and professional staff communication was easy as staff spoke English our room was big and beautifully decorated, with a spacious lounge area and water side views the bed was super comfortable and free refreshments were provided in the mini bar the products in the bathroom were very luxurious and smelled gorgeous the restaurant service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious we really enjoyed our stay thanks very much

the bathroom needs more hanging facilities the shower could be improved the only English speaking channel was the news the parking is a bit pricey the toll roads cost do add up and was costly but still rated 10/10 because the overall experience was fantastic

It is a perfect hotel for staying, very helpful reception, very clean and comfortable room.

from street side it was too much noise, I cannot sleep with open window

The restaurant was not as roomy as we would like. It was not bad!!! It was only a little less roomy.
