The location was excellent — just a short walk from the station, which made bus travel easy, and direct tram access to the city center was very convenient. The room was spotless and well-equipped, including a kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

There weren’t many shops or restaurants open late at night in the area. Also, the power outlet was a bit far from the desk, and the sink was located in the bathroom instead of the toilet room, which was slightly inconvenient.

Wonderful apartment, I loved literally everything here. First, the location is super convenient, bus and tram, everything you need is here, shops, markets. Second, the place itself, very very spacious (which is rare in hotels these days), big comfortable shower, the bed is great, there is a fridge, smalll dishwasher, all the necessary kitchen equipment. Third and super important, the stuff. Very polite, helpful and friendly! Would and will stay again

The apartment was fantastic. It was roomy. and well equipped. The hotel staff very helpful. The hotel was very well located in terms of catching buses, trains and trams. It was also a 5 minute walk away from a shopping centre and supermarket.

It was hard to find any restaurants close by, beyond fast food places. This is not the fault of the hotel. There are several new hotels in the area, and hopefully, in time, restaurants will open nearby.

Right near the train/bus station. There’s a big Carrefour 7min from the hotel. Clean, friendly staff, cutlery. If you need kitchen staff (washing up liquid etc), ask a receptionist. No dust on the surfaces. Everything’s ok.

Not enough toilet paper, but the receptionist can give it to you. I had to wait for 35min at the reception desk to ask 1 question and get an invoice because there were too many people and only 1 receptionist.

Large, very clean room - everything seemed brand new. Good view, good location - right by the train and bus stations, so brilliant for getting around Le Havre and going on excursions to places like Etretat and Honfleur. Self service laundry on site, helpful staff.

Not many cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but access to frequent public transport meant this wasn’t a real problem.

Great location, close to all transports! Very good value for the price. The apartment is well equipped with a comfortable king-size bed. The front desk team is very friendly, helpful and reactive!! Especially Guillaume does an outstanding job to make you feel comfortable, contributing to a positive atmosphere..

I like the location. Train and tram station are at 2 minutes walk. The hotel is almost new and the spacious studios are modern and functional with a really comfortable king size bed The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was a minor problem in my room and they took care if it right away !! It's my second stay in this hotel and I'm looking forward to come back !!

My room was orientated to the back of the hotel facing a constraction site, which was at times a little noisy during the day.

Very good place to stay, very clean in rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, small kitchen you will find all you need for short stay. On other side you will find bakery for breakfast. Visit market if it's available, you will find many goods.

Everything was perfect

At walking distance to the trainstation, easy access!! We had an apartmment, which was fully equiped and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. I would surely come back!

The location turned out to be good due to mass transit available. Staff was very kind and professional. Location is across from Train station with a lot of mass transit around.

Spent quite a bit of money doing laundry as dryer was not working properly. Breakfast is pricey at $16 Euros. Added an additional night stay and the rate was extremely high. Way overpriced for location and what I paid for the prior seven days. Took some of the pleasentness out of my experience.
