The hotel staffs and the hotel vibe feels very warmth and welcoming. Very clean, and relaxing. Very wonderful service from check in to check out. The staff (Walid) was exceptionally very helpful! He not only helped with what we needed but also suggested a very good restaurant around the area, and is very friendly. Great customer service. Another plus point is the sushi restaurant. As someone from Japan, I dont really like eating sushi when traveling to other countries, but I got very curious with the type of sushi and were surprisingly very very good(foie gras sushi).

The only thing probably is that the breakfast seems very expensive 19euro for continental breakfast option only.

We stayed in an Executive Double Room with Balcony with easy access for my husband who is a wheelchair user. The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing especially at sunset. However what made our stay an unforgettable and pleasant experience was the kindness of the staff, particularly Walid who was so attentive to our needs and just so polite and so kind. But also a big thank you to Emilia and Maxime who were always ready to assist. There was no parking space available for us at the hotel but having a blue badge allowed us to park for free anywhere during our stay in Deauville. We will definitely visit again.

We did not find the bathroom to be safe enough for my husband whose mobility is reduced. The shower seat was not sturdy enough and we think that a wall mounted folding shower seat would be more appropriate as well as more grip bars (for both left and right handed people). Also we feel that the shower area could be fitted with non-slip floor material as the current floor was too slippery after a shower.

Breakfast should be included in room rate. So disappointing to come away on holiday and not be able to eat. Would have been lovely to eat on the top floor in the morning with a view. But no they want 45 euros for breakfast extra ! even though you have paid over 200 euros and the food is there anyway. This is the way these disgusting companies are operating now. All they care about is money not the guest experience or making guests happy. Absolutely scandalous

Breakfast ok but pricey if you just want toast and a coffee. Hotel very well appointed and excellent staff. Swimming pool a real treat.

Felt the sink was a waste of time and water, not possible to plug. Car park under the building was to say the least a very good test of manoeuvring skills, don't take a big (modern) car.

Location was amazing. Right across the street from the beach. I even had a mini view of the beach from my garden view balcony. Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff who managed to get me squeezed in for dinner at the onsite restaurant that was sold out.

Breakfast was very good with a large choice. We particularly loved the fresh orange juice machine. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean - with a nice balcony and view to the beach.

It wasn’t clear on the website that parking was an extra 20 euros per night - but we did find it convenient.

Rooms are standardized, clean, bright and ergonomical, well arranged, functional. The hotel is not far from sea shore. The morning breakfast at the restaurant l'étage is great in quantity and quality. This hotel is Way better hotel to sleep at than the fake 5 stars barriere le normandy

Smoking area is right at the entrance of the hotel next to the door, so yucky! Hotel has some restaurants but close early in the evening. Impossible to get food passed 9:30 pm.had no choice but to buy at hefty price some cheap sushi box on display since the previous morning .. L'étage head of staff is arrogant and restaurant is dirty.

Hotel staff was joyful and helpful. Hotel was clean, small and in a good location. Nice to have swimming pool. Breakfast was very good.

Dinner was good but not extraordinary. But sea views from 5th floor were amazing!

The swimming pool area was nobody else Sport facilities weten good, Food was super, breakfast was not very extended but enough that we liked Perfect location

The coffee in the room would be beter with a real coffee machine
