I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several key areas. First and foremost, the rooms were impressively spacious and impeccably clean. It was a delight to have plenty of room to move around, and the cleanliness of the space made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were another highlight of my visit. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. It’s always nice to encounter staff who are not only efficient but also take the time to engage with guests. One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to my day. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order items, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. With spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Liked the breakfast variety, especially the rosemary potatoes. Not so keen on the scrambled eggs. I didn't think it was particularly good value for money, but costs have obviously increased. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I loved the pillows. I asked where I could buy similar, I was that impressed. Sadly no-one could tell me. Shower was particularly good. I used it just because it was so good.

Service a little slow at times in the cafe area. The coffee machine in room 219 had been damaged, though usable with care.

4 check-in parking places, and there is always a free one. Lots of free space in the garage. Correct restaurant, cozy bar. Tea making facility in the room.

Hot water flows from the tap only after a few minutes. Poor interior soundproofing - however quiet from outside, so if you do not win a problematic guest, it is a quiet hotel (and I am ultra sensitive about this). The balcony is not properly separated from the other guests. Modest sanity (only hand washer, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner). The happy hours price reduction is only theoretical in the bar, we had to pay a full price even in the appointed timezone. No hall door, so no door between the bed and the corridor door – still many hotels forget it, while it has strong impact on noise isolation! And they could built-in it without any problem, without optically make the room smaller.

The sea view and overall the whole experience made us come back here and we were glad to find a good place to stay for 1 night and we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is well placed, has a restaurant and bar on site. The rooms are well sized, tidy and clean with good bedding. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The electric car charge place was taken by a petrol car when other places were free around so we could not charge our car. The smell of the towels is weird and we had a lack of some shower gel in the bathroom of the one of 2 rooms booked. I asked for it and had to go to the lobby to get them.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, extensive breakfast with good quality food. You can see yacht club from bar, nice view when drinking a coffee. Easy to go out for a walk. Charging station (Shell Recharge) in front of hotel. Parking available free of charge on street.

In weekend, breakfast was until 10h30, however at 10h food (croissants, eggs, bacon, dough for waffle machine, ...) wasn't refilled anymore. As a result people that arrived late had no chance to grab something. We told the person in charge and at first she seemed unaware it was until 10h30, yet strangely she remembered it again, baked some extra croissants and pancakes and gave it to us.

looked like a new renovated hotel, very clean and in a nice location. we had a room with a view on a harbor. the balcony was a nice surprise. comfortable bed, coffee machine in a room was also great

1. no room service. you have to order your food at the restaurant and then take it yourself to our room. sometimes the restaurant is a bit crowded. so we wanted to have a lunch in a bar(which was completely empty, and right next to the restaurant). but that was not possible (even though the other night they brought dessert to the bar without a problem) 2. breakfast is overpriced and doesn’t have variety.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Most of the hotel staff was great. Good location, though it is good to know that there aren’t too many restaurants in a very close proximity, especially ones that are open on Sunday. So you are stuck with the hotel restaurant, which left a negative impression.

The service at the restaurant. I truly hope they were just having an off night, but it was unacceptable: slow service despite the restaurant being half empty, never getting water even after numerous requests, having to ask for bread, that should have come with the food we ordered, and which, again, never came. Still, this is a hotel review and I would like to emphasize that except for the restaurant, everything was lovely.

Excellent location overlooking the sea & marina. Local museums (eg MUMA) very close by - and not far from the Cross Channel Ferries port making it a great overnight stopover. Hotel is new and comfortable and the staff very helpful & friendly. Secure parking a bonus. Good breakfast buffet. Restaurant Babette offered good range of dinner choices, reasonably priced. Overall, a very good experience!

It was a good option for our stay in Le Havre. The room was comfortable and spacious for two guests and our dog. The hotel is quite well located, walking distance to activities and attractions.

Breakfast offered mostly bad quality products. This was disappointing considering the price asked for it.

Very comfortable beds, room air conditioning could be turned off. Ideal location near the yacht haven, very helpful staff. I liked the three course meal deal, beautiful presentation. Liked the separate bar area, ideal for writing reports without being isolated in my room.

Couple of pieces of litter in reception not picked up by anyone for two days, until I did it. That's about it.
