Food is good, has a good variety. The view is very good. Nice playgrounds for kids, although it would be better if the upper floor playground had some sort of cover, as it is practically useless during the sunny and rainy periods.

The road to the place is not good. The pool is in the SPA section, which means that to use it, one has to pay an extra 20 euros or so. There is no elevator from the reception to the upper floors, which makes it not suitable for strollers and people in wheelchairs. Going to the cottages from the dining hall, one has to pass through an area where people are allowed to smoke. Sometimes in the dining hall, the music is way too loud, and nobody is warned about it beforehand.

The resort was very nice and clean, the food was good and the staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning system was so loud, which made it impossible to enjoy the silence of nature.

My stay at Dili Town was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a long day with my family.The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Special thanks to the front desk manager -Aram , who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. They made check-in smooth and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays!

Very new and clean hotel; spa was lovely; very quiet location with mountain views; room service food for evening meal was good quality and delivered quickly (obviously an extra charge)

Very poorly surfaced/incomplete and unfinished approach road make access difficult without 4x4; ongoing construction work meant access was blocked/difficult; unsurfaced/incomplete route from car park meant walking though mud to get in to hotel; it was not clear on booking.com that the spa was a chargeable extra; the in room information advised that breakfast was included with all rooms, but we were told it would be an extra charge

The room we got was amazing and had a balcony with the mountain view. It is very clean and comfortable. A la carte food in the restaurant is delicious, big thanks to your Chef.

After we paid for our stay on the following day after check in, at the checkout they asked for the payment again but luckily was sorted out quickly. Spa is not really to relax as it is connected to the pool so lots of people in the area. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day the outdoor pool was closed due to the technical works which no one informed us in advance.

The staff at Dili Town Resort and Spa went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience, including organizing our transfer from Yerevan. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, offering delicious dishes with great variety. The personnel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and exceeding our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of thoughtful options. As a tea lover, I was especially impressed by the selection of natural Armenian herbal teas, which added a unique and authentic touch to the stay.

This is an absolutely brilliant property located in a nice little town, away from all the hustle and bustle. The property is new and contemporary and the cottages are comfy and spacious. The spa is next level, with a plethora of options for relaxation and rejuvenation. What made our stay especially special is the support we had from each and every member of staff that we encountered. The Manager Ms Maria and her team spared no effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This property is the perfect getaway for a relaxing break and I would highly recommend it!

I liked the spa the most. It had a lot of different rooms like sauna, tea room, hot water, very cold water, steam room with herbs and etc. The cottages were very new and clean.

The streets around the hotel are not paved. It was kind of hard for our big van to approach the hotel at night for check in.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s a great place to spend a weekend with family. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food and atmosphere were fantastic, and everything was super clean. Definitely a 10/10 experience!♥️
