I liked almost everything about this hotel. It's definitely great value for the money. The staff was great, food was nice and had good variety. The bungalow room was clean enough. The pool and beach were okay. I went there to chill and relax, and I didn't want to come home. It was great!

There is little space for improvement: - The bed was really really hard and we couldn't sleep well. - Music should be included both at the pool and at the beach for better atmosphere and to "mute" the children around you. - Someone should keep control on the beach and pool for people who want to reserve the sunbeds. No one likes it, but in order to get a sunbed, you will have to do it as well. This wouldn't happen if there was someone to watch over and warn. - It's not an 18+ hotel, so just a friendly advice for couples - if you want peace and privacy maybe you should book a different hotel. Way too many children. There are some really bad reviews and please ignore most of them. The hotel may not be new, but everything is clean and tidy and it's not in that bad of a condition.

I was so worried when I saw the awful reviews on Google and chose to check the ones on Booking, and let me say, don't read the Google ones, they're very false and ill-hearted, probably from the guys who rent other properties. Everything is close and clean (rooms, hotel hallway, restaurant, beach, pools), you can easily go from one side of the resort to another as there are loads of pathways. The beach has enough sunbeds for everyone, and the sunbeds at the pools are maybe the busiest, but you can always take a chair or a sunbed from the grass; we only went once because it was cold, and we found the sunbeds right away. The food is great, for breakfast they usually have the same stuff, but there is a plethora of options to choose from, a must try is their home-made cocoa spread; there is usually a huge waiting line for mini pancakes, I tried them once when there was no line,, but I was not a fan. For lunch and dinner there is a bigger variety, with a few things that are there regularly (french fries, potatoes, rice, some salads), for dinner they have wonderful mini cakes and sweets, they are AMAZING. The rooms are prosperous enough, they put the third bed for our two year old, but we slept on the two beds that were originally there, and used the third one for nappies, towels, etc. The room service was daily, they cleaned up the bathroom, the room, and the terrace, they give you clean towels when they have enough, and the bedsheets were definitely changed daily since our child very often brought sand on the beds... What I really like is that they would thoroughly clean up the rooms after the check-out, air them out, and not occupy them until tomorrow afternoon. Also, I didn't see any sign of mold in our bungalow, but I don't know what the situation is for the rest of the rooms. All inclusive is also great, we travelled with a toddler so we couldn't really get the best of it, but it was enough.

The ACs in the restaurant cannot cool down the entire restaurant (there are like 2), and if there is no breeze from the outside, prepare for a warmer atmosphere.

This was our fifth time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is diverse. However, compared to the previous five years, the quality of services has been declining each year. For example: the air conditioning doesn’t work, I reported it twice at the reception, but no one came; the cleaning staff doesn’t clean the room every day; the mattresses haven’t been changed since our first visit; the beach is not maintained and is full of trash. The hotel managers are kind, they monitor everything, and they help everyone. Despite these issues, I recommend this hotel for families with small children. I hope one of the managers reads this and improves the situation because everyone who has visited multiple times has noticed the decline. My realistic rating would be 7.5/10, but as a regular guest who will come again next year, I have to rate it 9/10. Thankful for everything.

Hotel has alot of parking wich is free also has security guard at entrance, i did not hear anyone having problem, The hotel staff is trying verry hard we were at peak of season when hotel was full, the food is good and diverse and is always fresh has lots of salads, fruits, at lunch there is problem of not enough space , on breakfast and dinnner there is enought room. The hotel has alot of natrual shade from trees wich is also great, there are enoguth sunbeds and umbrelas for evryone, + the bar is close to the beach, the entrance of the beach is okay, the hotel beach is also verry good, there are also showers at beach, and there are 3 all inclusive bars. The staff is verry good and tryed to met the expetations of guest. Overall great family hotel.

The thing we did not like is the air condition in room is working only when we are in the room, when u leave the room with card the ac shuts down , so when u come back from the beach the room is 35 plus degrees. we were on upper floor in bungalows. We told the cleaning lady to leave the card so the ac can be kept at 25-26 degrees when u come back form beach but they did not do that. They took card and we spoke with other guest at almost end of our stay and they told us that their Air condition was wokrign all the time, even when they were not in the room. This is big minus wich we did not like.

The resort has a nice sandy beach, a landscaped park with plenty of natural shade. Pools are large and clean. The food is average but varied, so you will find something that suits you. I would especially like to praise all the hotel employees who are extremely kind and dedicated to their work.

There are parts of the hotel that should be renovated. Guests left towels overnight on sunbeds so it was difficult to find free place, but that was eventually resolved.

It was our third time at the resort, and we loved it. I would like to recommend it to all the next travelers.

AC didn't work properly, it was very hot in the bungalow, and there was no mosquito net, so you can't open the terrace door. Very crowded at the beach, you have to get up very early so you can find beach chairs.

Nice place, with a nice pool (also kids pool) and a beach. The beach was just ok, not the best. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice kids play area as well.

The food was just OK, not the best selection. We had all inclusive but all the drinks (both in the bars and restaurants) were local drinks (no Coke, Sprite etc). Juices were very sugary and not very nice. Had to drink water. Not sure if this is five or four star hotel, but I would say 4-star.

The pools were fantastic, very clean and enjoyable. I also appreciated the beer and coffee – both were good quality and a nice touch during the stay. The staff were nice and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the food was okay - overall.

There were no fresh juices available, and nothing in cans to order as an extra option. The bars had limited working hours (one from 9–17 and another from 10–18), and although one stayed open until late, it only served cocktails. The beer was from the machine (good though), but the juices for kids were very low quality. Also, the food selection wasn’t very kid-friendly, which made it a bit difficult for families. The fence on the terrace wasn’t safe, which could be a concern for guests with children.

We had a lovely stay at Olympian Bay Grand Resort in July 2025. The staff was welcoming and always smiling — a special thank you to Rania at the reception for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness. We were upgraded to a sea-view room in the main building, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The food was tasty, the grounds well maintained, and the location perfect for families with small children. Highly recommended — we look forward to coming back next year!

Only suggestion: mosquito screens on the room windows would be a great improvement during the summer nights.

Food selection was pretty good overall, however queues could become lengthy and desserts disappeared quickly. Pools were excellent, although baby/toddler pool was significantly colder than other two pools. Pool opening hours could be longer but aligned to lifeguard hours so understandable.

Rooms are compact, but overall a good level of decor. On site entertainment was lacking, advertised as all inclusive with kids club, this isn’t really the case,, there is a room with some toys and one member of staff who provides some paint or crayons. Families looking for a hotel m/resort with lots of things going on for kids should look elsewhere, but for adults it is a great place, great gardens and excellent staff.
