Best hosts ever. Silvia and Alex are very lovable and helpful. They suggested us a couple of great places to visit and a couple of restaurants for dinner. But breakfasts they prepared were simply the best. Coffee, juice, every day some toasts and eggs in different form, local cheese, local confectionery and homemade delicacies - just the best :). The room was small but very cosy, always super clean. Air conditioning was available but not necessary during our stay. We are definitely coming back one time.

Propery was clean, amazing peaceful location, and a beautiful garden. Alex and Silvia were absolutely the best and most friendly/helpful hosts I have ever had and the breakfast they prepared was amazing. Each day something different, also they drove us to another town to bring our bike back and booked us a boat trip. Huge recommendation for anyone looking to visit Sardinia!

Silvia and Alex have done a wonderful job with the space - the room was very comfortable, a great size and looked beautiful. Silvia went above and beyond for breakfast, and made a special effort to cater for my allergies (dairy and nuts) which was so appreciated. They also provide a great guide with lots of tips to explore the surrounding areas from beaches to restaurants!

The room can get very hot at night even with the air con (although we did visit at end of August). Also note that parking on site costs €5/day, whereas you can park in the village for free. Not a massive inconvenience but worth bearing in mind.

During our stay in Sardinia, we booked with Silvia and Alessandro for the second time because our first experience was so amazing — and once again, everything was perfect! They are incredibly welcoming hosts who make you feel at home right away. The breakfast was delicious. Our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sardinia! 🤗

Everything was perfect! Silvia & Alex are the best hosts ever. Very kind and generous. They gave us a lot of tips where to eat and go on a trip. The breakfast -which is very important- was such and experience. Delicious coffee and table full of homemade food and traditional specialities. Location is great, it is about 5 minutes driving to beautiful beaches and near to mountains. We loved this place, it was so heartwarming :)

We absolutely loved our stay here !! Firstly Silvia and Alex are just a credit to their work. They are so friendly and helpful and would help with anything we wanted to find out about the area and not just to us but the other guests to. They are just such lovely people and we really enjoyed chatting in the morning. The breakfast is phenomenal ❤️ we were overwhelmed with there kindness. I am a ceoliac and they even did there best to cater me a gluten free breakfast everyday including finding the most delicious local pastries. The details of the presentation breakfast are also spectacular 😍The town is quiet but there are some very nice restaurants and beaches nearby and plenty of hiking. Our room was lovely had everything we needed was very clean and tid. And we absolutely loved the design of the room. was a fantastic trip and we would definitely visit again !!

What a blessing to arrive here, as your first stay on this beautiful island. You are welcomed with open arms, literally. The hosts are very sweet and immediately ready to give you tips about what to do in the region. When I let them know I like food, they gave me local tips and, at breakfast, even some local farmed cheeses. (By the way: Their breakfast is the best I had in Italy so far. I have been in Italy for over 20 times, in multiple regions. Fantastico!). The room is cosy, and I have slept like a Prince/Princess. The location for me was great. Not in a crowded or noisy area, but quite. If you are looking for big malls or whatever, this might not be your spot. It was most certainly for me! Thanks again for the great tips.

very tastefully decorated room, super clean and a cute little courtyard where we really enjoyed the breakfast served to us by lovely bonaria :) great location too since everything you need is in walking distance but at the same time the street is quiet & peaceful. thank you alex & silvia! will definitely come back to lotzerai :)

Cosy, huge and perfectly clean bedroom/bathroom in a nice and quiet village. Not far from Santa Maria Navarrese where there is a breaktaking trail along the coast and from Arbatax where you can have a boat tour. The mattress was so comfy, we slept like babies.Breakfast was included and amazing :) Silvia and Alex are very friendly hosts ! That was great to have a chat at breakfast. They are available any time if you have questions and have good recommendations (restaurants..). For sure it will be a pleasure to come back in the future and of course we won't hesitate to recommend it to our relatives Tiffany and Olivier (France)

Sa Crai was truly wonderful - the owners were so friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and everything had amazing Sardinian charm. Breakfast was spectacular, every day a different wonderful spread of local and homemade treats! We came here for a few nights on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The location is wonderful for accessing local beaches, but would definitely recommend coming here with a car.
