Lots of lactose free options (on demand) at breakfast as well as a variety of sweet and savoury treats. We also had a nice private terrace and the parking spot was great. We also liked the restaurant recommendations!

It says on booking.com that the hotel has a private beach, which is incorrect information. It was actually one of the reasons we picked it... Luckily the central beach in Santa Maria Navaresse is very nice so we still had a good time.

Great breakfast! Best breakfast we had on our whole trip to Europe! Perfect location to do the boat tour with Tortuga Boats to the remote beaches of Sardinia on the Baunei Coast. 5 min walk to the pier! Great little local fever and restaurants around the corner all within walking distance. Concierge was awesome and made sure we had what we needed like a sack lunch and beach towels for the excursion. Would stay here again and again! Great spacious room! Nice big counter in the bathroom. Huge closet and extra blankets were appreciated. Loved the stocked mini fridge in the room - esp when we needed water later at night. Room had a window witha great little view which was perfect for hanging wet swim clothes out to dry!

Could have used a few more pillows but didn’t bother to ask for more 🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff at Hotel Nicoletta was there for anything we needed whether it be suggestions on things to do or helping make reservations for dinner. You also could not ask for a better location if you are visiting Santa Maria Navarrese. Plus the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our trips throughout Europe. I would recommend this to anyone and will most definitely be staying here again when we come back.

It was very convenient and the staff were really friendly and helpful, it was nice a clean and recently updated so felt nice too

The only issue we had was the shower flossed if you were in the shower for too long and the bathroom was quite small

The hotel was super clean, well located and our room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our only issue was that wifi was difficult to access and did not work for us throughout our stay. We did not ask staff about this as it wasn’t really a priority though, so I’m sure they would have helped had we approached them.

excellent location with offstreet parking (plenty of free parking very close by) but underground car parking is very tight unless you have a small car. rooms are a great size, modern bathrooms and the clothes airer is an excellent idea. staff were super friendly and accommodating

We stayed two nights at Nicoletta which had obviously undergone a recent renovation because everything about the hotel looked brand new. The staff were friendly, spoke English and were very efficient. The hotel is situated in the centre of restaurants and bars and is a few minutes walk to the marina from where the many of the boat tours depart from. Highly recommended.

bathroom needs to be moderized, ventilation in bathroom was very loud, room turned warm very quick (without having the air condition on), air condition had only two levels, too loud for sleeping (but that's subjective), noise hotel kitchen in the neighbourhood until past midnight.

very nice hotel. Everything was clean and we had also a small terasse to dry our beachtowels and to sit outside. Breakfast was exceptionally good. everything was available and the personal was always making sure that everything got refilled. The garage was a bit tiny though so you better watch out for a various parking space down the road.

Clean, quiet, great location, friendly staff, very helpful , speak English , have a lift from basement carpark up to all levels, they have off street car parking and also a free public car park approx 40 metres away. Short walk to Marina.Very handy if planning on doing a boat tour. Cheap breakfast option if you interested. Great place to stay.
