We were only there for two nights but they suggested excursions and staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are extremely spacious and ours had an inner courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Full bellies really sets the tone for the rest of your day. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good. Love how eco-conscious the property was. Even their soaps are made locally and all-natural. It’s so lovely how the local economy is supported and they even gifted us 100mL of local honey! Location is fab. We ended up exploring beaches about 15-20’ south of the hotel (more sandy vs rocky).

My only suggestion is to provide mosquito repellent for the rooms with inner courtyard since repellent is not something we normally pack on trips with the 100mL allowance. Maybe if the plant by the door is moved, it might not be as troublesome. The first evening, we had to take a cold shower. We alerted them and they tried to fix it but must have been that moment when the water tanks were being switched. We showered faster than normal. lol. But the water was super hot when we woke up. The fridge isn’t very cool and hot to the touch. We tried to cool our own beverages to little avail.

I can't recommend the Nascar Hotel highly enough! The location is superb, with a beautiful beach just across the road that has a super calm atmosphere. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and nice and quiet, despite being near the road. What truly sets Nascar Hotel apart is the incredible staff. They were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist us. Their local recommendations made a big difference in enhancing our stay!

Hotel Nascar is located in the blue zone, the area famous where people exceed 100 years of age in good health. With this in mind when you enter hotel Nascar you physically go back in time as the hotel is a well maintained monument. Time slows down as you take in the ambience and your mind starts to wander of past times. The family owned hotel is run by sisters who all are fantastic, fun to talk with and very helpful in advising how to spend your day. A hike to a secluded beach, a boat ride or relax at the stone throw distant beach where you can enjoy the coast from your bed and umbrella. The breakfast is superb with many (if not all) products locally sourced. The hotel hosts a fantastic restaurant, with great food and attentive staff too.

From check in the stay started magnificently. Beautiful restored historic building with very large rooms, bathroom and dining areas for breakfast and outdoor dining terrace All staff during the stay were very accommodating with assistance and activities available in the area. Well positioned location within a minute walk to the beach where the hotel had its own Sun lounges for customer use and also provided the beach towels. The location was also within minutes to the centre of the town where there were dining options

Very nice family owned hotel. We enjoyed it so much and all of the sisters were so accommodating and welcoming! We would go back just for the hotel and stay itself. Even if when you’re a little younger and have no kids, santa maria can be a little boring, the hotel made us feel at home. Airconditioning was good, shower etc is clean and the breakfast every morning is great. Highly recommend!!

Situated close to the main beach of the gorgeous Sardinian village of Santa Maria Navarrese, this small 12 room hotel is very efficiently and very warmly run by four sisters. One is received with a genuine sense of welcome and nothing is too much trouble for the owners and the staff. Clean rooms, super comfortable beds, good air conditioning, excellent breakfasts with a large variety of choice and with very fresh produce. The hotel has an arrangement with the owners of the beach allotments that offer umbrellas and recliners hire, and these are included in the price.

I liked everything!

Absolutely loved our stay. We were recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. The daily breakfast is amazing. All such fresh produce with freshly made eggs and sweets every morning. Not to mention freshly squeezed orange juice. The restaurant in the evening is beautiful. We were offered freshly caught fish among other great dishes. There are also great bars and restaurants nearby if you want a short walk. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly and there wasn’t a single request not met. Truly wonderful Sardinian hospitality, I would HIGHLY recommend renting the boat for tne day with Patrick. One of our highlights from our entire trip! Take your camera and sunscreen because the day is filled with so many beautiful spots you cannot access by road!

Firstly the hotel is owned by sisters who were the most amazing hotel owners we have met anywhere. Nothing was a problem for them from organising airport transfers to organising boat trips and to be met with the statement saying whilst you are here you are part of our family sums up how nice they truly were. Secondly the restaurant and staff were also second to none on our travels, food was out of this world and service sooooo good, we ate here every night of our seven night stay. Lastly Thankyou to Claudia for everything we loved it.

Absolutely nothing at all

The property is beautiful and so well preserved. It is probably the prettiest part of S. Maria Nav! The entire property is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are outstanding!! Laura and Steph made our stay even more memorable. They were both willing to help with local excursions and happy to share the town’s history. Breakfast each day was so fresh and wonderful.

The hotel was beautiful and close to the beach. We loved that the hotel has it’s own private part at the beach with loungers. The staff at the hotel was lovely and kind. The room was also nice and spacious with a huge balcony. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but that is the only small thing I could think about.
