This was our second stop during our two week holiday in Sardinia. We stayed in the Nascar hotel for four nights and we really enjoyed it. As far as the five hotels go, this is up there with one of our favourites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant. They also gave us some great advice in regard to boat trip’s available to see the famous coastline (we recommend). The hotel comes with access to a beach with beds and umbrellas if you are not interested in exploring. It is a short walk from the hotel,and towels are made available at reception daily. The room was spacious and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant on two occasions. The food was good but perhaps slightly overpriced. It did seem to be the best on offer in the area however, but we had nicer meals later on our trip. Overall, we really enjoyed our four nights and it is a perfect hotel for anyone thinking of visiting the area.

The family who run this hotel are fantastic they obviously enjoy running their business, and are helpful and kind (as are their staff). We were able to use the beach facilities for our early arrival (bags stored at the hotel) as well as on the day of our late departure (on a 4pm bus) which was much appreciated. The beautiful old converted granary makes a lovely stay. Our spacious clean room looked onto the 1000 year old church with a side view of the sea. We were also able to do handwashing and use the drying rack on the balcony which was very useful.

We liked everything however would suggest a taller wardrobe for longer garments although found the rack near the door an adequate, substitute.

The stay at the NASCAR hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had the junior suite, and it was a fantastic room very large and comfortable. Sisters Claudia & Stephanie, along with cousin Laura, did everything they could to make sure our stay in their lovely hotel was an excellent experience.They were very loving and thoughtful. The breakfast in the hotel was superb and I must comment that the staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The orange juice machine absolutely amazed me, you put in three fresh oranges and outcomes the best orange juice I've ever had in my life. Even though I would show up every morning 30 minutes before they opened to get my two americanos ( I didn't realize I had the opening time wrong until the last day). Great selection of breakfast treats and they fix your eggs anyway you want them along with delicious bacon and toast. The ladies who cleaned our room were very friendly and did a Great job keeping everything neat and tidy. They even washed my own personal coffee mug that I travel with. Everything about this hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our two week stay in Sardinia. They town itself was very pleasant to walk around and very peaceful. The hotel provided beach towels and mats for laying on the beach. Thank you so much hotel NASCAR!

There is nothing not to like about this unique, family run, boutique hotel. Everything was spot on and if I could find the equivalent hotel everywhere we went, I’d stay here every time. The first of my photos is of my husband and I with the 2 sisters who own and run the hotel. Such beautiful people who gave us sound advice and guidance about the area, spoke to locals and booked excursions for us we even danced at breakfast together one morning too. Truly lovely experience. Thank you

We were only there for two nights but they suggested excursions and staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are extremely spacious and ours had an inner courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Full bellies really sets the tone for the rest of your day. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good. Love how eco-conscious the property was. Even their soaps are made locally and all-natural. It’s so lovely how the local economy is supported and they even gifted us 100mL of local honey! Location is fab. We ended up exploring beaches about 15-20’ south of the hotel (more sandy vs rocky).

My only suggestion is to provide mosquito repellent for the rooms with inner courtyard since repellent is not something we normally pack on trips with the 100mL allowance. Maybe if the plant by the door is moved, it might not be as troublesome. The first evening, we had to take a cold shower. We alerted them and they tried to fix it but must have been that moment when the water tanks were being switched. We showered faster than normal. lol. But the water was super hot when we woke up. The fridge isn’t very cool and hot to the touch. We tried to cool our own beverages to little avail.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Nascar Hotel is a real gem in Costa Rei. A perfect mix between an extremely charming hotel and a luxurious B&B. The room was molto carina and very comoda, and the food was così deliziosa. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walking distance to a stupenda spiaggia, and Stefania has to be the nicest and most helpful host I have ever met.

I can't recommend the Nascar Hotel highly enough! The location is superb, with a beautiful beach just across the road that has a super calm atmosphere. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and nice and quiet, despite being near the road. What truly sets Nascar Hotel apart is the incredible staff. They were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist us. Their local recommendations made a big difference in enhancing our stay!

Hotel Nascar is located in the blue zone, the area famous where people exceed 100 years of age in good health. With this in mind when you enter hotel Nascar you physically go back in time as the hotel is a well maintained monument. Time slows down as you take in the ambience and your mind starts to wander of past times. The family owned hotel is run by sisters who all are fantastic, fun to talk with and very helpful in advising how to spend your day. A hike to a secluded beach, a boat ride or relax at the stone throw distant beach where you can enjoy the coast from your bed and umbrella. The breakfast is superb with many (if not all) products locally sourced. The hotel hosts a fantastic restaurant, with great food and attentive staff too.

From check in the stay started magnificently. Beautiful restored historic building with very large rooms, bathroom and dining areas for breakfast and outdoor dining terrace All staff during the stay were very accommodating with assistance and activities available in the area. Well positioned location within a minute walk to the beach where the hotel had its own Sun lounges for customer use and also provided the beach towels. The location was also within minutes to the centre of the town where there were dining options

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. Very comfy with kind staff. The breakfast was also one of the better ones we had on the trip. The room came with a free sunbed on the beach & free towels.

Impossible for the staff to control, but be mindful there maybe a random event going on in the nearby park. If you are a light sleeper make sure you have some sort of noise cancelling.
