Room was big, clean and comfortable

Had Wifi issues both times we stayed, 2 weeks apart. The second time I went to ask reception if they were experiencing issues to which she answered that they had been for 3 hours+ without any ETA, would have been nice for them to let us know during check in when she gave us the password. While she was informing me, someone else had come to check in and asked for Wifi password, gave him the password without mentioning that the service was down. Couldn't believe it, very poor experience.

The hotel was great, comfy bed very clean rooms. The staff is very nice as well. Wi-Fi was pretty good can be better but for the price, can't really complain.

The breakfast is good too except if you stay more than 3 days you will get tired of the same breakfast. My employees are in Roswell for work, and I need them to have a great breakfast full of protein. So, because of this the next stay we will be going with another hotel with a full hot breakfast.

I had paid online and checked in online so when I walked in to get my room key, check in was quick and simple with the staff member looking like he had been waiting for us. Made us feel very welcome!

Can’t say there was anything that we didn’t like. We got a room on the ground floor like we wanted. Really there was nothing we didn’t like.

We were looking for a hotel with an indoor hot tub and pool that was open, which this location had. Most places we'd looked into had outdoor facilities and/or the facilities that were out of service. Facilities here were clean including the elevator and breakfast was hot and at the ready whenever.

The room was a nice size. The bath tub had lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast girl was very good. The swimming pool, once it was open.

The air conditioning unit was solid frozen with ice. The bath tub was not very clean. The black dust ruffle thing on the bed was dirty with white stuff. The sheets had grease or some kind of stain

The staff really makes this place. Front desk folks were great. There was a small issue with the room tv. Front desk had it fixed within a half hour. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. Place was clean Breakfast was good! I will stay here my next trip through.

Got to the hotel about an hour early and they were able to check me in right away and not have to pay the early check in fee. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low for my liking but other than that it worked fine.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very nice. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing. Out of all my travels, I have never had a hotel where every person who worked there was friendly and very kind. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone who will be traveling in the area.

Elevator takes forever to get to the floor needed but the stairs were a great alternative if you didn't have much baggage.

Breakfast was the typical free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, cold cereal, waffles, coffee and juice. Plain, simple, not very appetizing.

Pool/Spa area needs attention. Paint peeling in the pool area and pool had an odor. Appears they need to assign someone to maintain this area. Carpets weren’t vacuumed in hallways. Rooms definitely need updating! Ours didn’t have an alarm clock in the room and the room phone was broken.

It was good. I wish there were more options. The location was excellent. I was there for a football game & that was the perfect location.

I really don't have any complaints except for our bathroom handle was broken but we were still able to lock the door. I did inform the front desk.
