Perfectly located right by the Timmendorfer Beach, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Breakfast is not included in the booking and even the extra breakfast you can book for an additional 19€ per person was also not really satisfactory.

The room was lovely & spacious with a great balcony with sea view. The staff was also very friendly.

The breakfast was disappointing! The scrambled eggs & the bacon had been sitting in the shaving dish too long and were unappetizing and dry. The pancakes were sitting on a plate cold. The fruit was not fresh.

I cannot praise the staff enough! All were super, although a special mention goes to Maria who really went the extra mile, the staff were all lovely .

Being woken at 6.30am on a Sunday morning, by tractors cleaning the beach - although of course this is not the hotels fault !

Location- excellent. Cleanliness-excellent. Breakfast-everything you’d want. Reception-very helpful and friendly

Lacked shower facilities for after checkout. If you are at the beach after checkout but before leaving there is nowhere to have a shower.

Awesome location. Well heated during the colder time of year. Close proximity to dining options, groceries, etc. Amazing & very accommodating staff! Quiet nights.
