breakfast was outstanding. room was quite and as I asked for close to a door. I did not see the restrarant or I would have tried eating there. overall I would not have asked for anything more. thank you.

nothing to comment on. all was to my satisfaction. room maid service was over the top room was always neat and tidy when I returned. please pass on that the housekeeping was exceptional.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Person greeting us at check in was nice. Breakfast was above average and tasted well.

We arrived around 8:00pm. I went to their bar around 8:45 inquiring about some food and was told no. I'm assuming they had closed the grill already? This was at the Oasis Bar. They lady at the bar looked at two guys asking them if they could fix me a burger. She asked them twice and both times they said no.

My favorite part of our stay here was the breakfast and coffee. The room was comfortable, the location was great for just passing through town. The staff was kind, too.

The hotel was pretty full so we had to park away from our room which resulted in a long walk with all our luggage from the lot, through a side door, to an elevator, to a few long hallways. I also tried to pre-check-in using the app link that was emailed to me and it didn't work so the check-in process was long.

Excellent breakfast, sausage, bacon, eggs, french toast, buffet style. King suite was bigger than I expected, kids had their own room on sofa bed, which was awesome.

Carpets could have been cleaner, but everything else seemed very clean. Sofa bed would have been terrible for an adult, but 9 year olds didn't mind.

The bed was super comfortable. Overall a great nights sleep.

The pool and hot tub did not have water.

My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and fun. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always ready to assist. We will definitely stay again for another memorable experience.

It was convenient to freeway.

I felt there was a lot of wasted main floor space. It struck me as odd . Front desk had a shelf out front but it wasn’t where the computer desk was set it just struck me as odd. The desk clerk had to go into the back to rretrieve my keys . Odd . The breakfast was ok but it was all dimly lit. Seemed like it was too much low light for a start to the day.

3 different vending machines were out of water, and there was no indication of what was unavailable without trying to purchase something. They had one small bottle at the front desk, but we really wanted two larger bottles. The hotel looked like it was once very nice but is showing its age. Not a deal-breaker by any means.

Beautiful lobby, delicious breakfast, cozy room, good tv selection, great customer service (upgraded us for free because we have a baby), nice complimentary snacks at the front and close to Arby’s, Chinese Food and other affordable options.

I wish the sheets were washed in something more natural and less irritating to my skin but that’s normal.

Handicap bathroom, spacious room and very good coffee in the room.

As a senior citizen, I am quite spoiled, I like to sit in the hot tob for 25 minutes with a glass of wine. This establishment does not allow alcohol in the pool room. But I do understand because it is a skiing commodity.
