The property was beautiful and having the spa was excellent, especially when the weather was surprisingly bad! The bedroom was great with an incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful terrace. The staff were all friendly, helpful and made us very welcome. We also loved the artwork at the property, of course bought some, and met the artist. Excellent idea for the resort to support a local artist and their work!

The wifi did not extend as far as the non-event swimming pool which was unusual for a resort, but it was all rather lovely and well kept so didn’t matter. The restaurant food was not as expected, so only ate there once.

The staff at this hotel are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks especially to Daisy and Ricardo for all their help and assistance. Gorgeous facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and extremely quiet and peaceful. An excellent base to explore the region and we fully recommend a visit there.

It is very quiet so just be prepared for that. The restaurant menu isn't particularly kid friendly but it is a small hotel so you can't expect an extensive menu! You do need a car.

Excellent service! The staff are very attentive and very helpful. There’s always someone attending to us and they know exactly what they’re doing. Every service attended to us are perfect, from dining to pool drinks service, front desk and cleaning lady. The place is strategically located in the middle of Puglia where it’s easy to travel anywhere to any location of the region. We could easily go to Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce, Castro Martina Franca. Our tower room was amazing like in a fairytale. Our room and their facilities are very clean. SPA services are excellent. Food is amazing too, Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely nothing.

The service is incredible and the staff went out of their way, to give us the best treatment… whatever we needed, they provided. The pool area is amazing as well, with full service of fresh towels, food and drinks served for really fair prices. I don’t understand why we haven’t heard about this place before - will definitely be back.

Great pool, great pool attendant, really nice room, great dinners

Would hope that they would put A/C into the exercise (weight) room…, can not work out when it is smoking hot. Also, the cable machine wasn’t working because the cables had come off the pulley wheels. It was an easy fix, so I’m surprised someone didn’t just put the cables back onto the pulleys! I would have done it myself but I didn’t have a wrench and screwdriver.

The staff were so super helpful and attentive. In particular Valentina and Sonia helped me with my onward journey, making a huge effort to ensure that my next accommodation was confirmed. They were very caring and efficient. Also for my birthday beautiful fresh flowers, Prosecco and a delicious cake were waiting for me at dinner - super kind made my day!

The transport links are limited.

Pool was great. Very big and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The receptionists are extremely attentive and helpful. We had an issue with one of our meals and this was dealt with very professionally and we were not charged for the meal. We did not have a car and the hotel provided access (at a cost) to a driver who was very reliable and available whenever we needed.

We would have liked more cereal options at breakfast including nuts and seeds.

A great place to relax and unwind. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nice specious rooms, comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Good breakfast, plenty of choice.

Dinner, limited menu and a little pricey for what was on offer.

We went here to chill out in Italy after a bike tour. We wanted a spa, pool and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely beautiful - so many pools, flowers, comfy outdoor seating areas. The indoor spa exceeded all expectations. It was one of those sensorial pathways with 6-7 stations, including a beautiful mosaic heated pool. I had a massage that was EXCELLENT. Staff were generally delightful and the works of Giovanni Rosso, artist, were on display. The hotel arranged for us to visit his workshop - it was delightful! The place is serene. We had a Junior Suite with a terrace and jacuzzi. The room was recently renovated, clean with all the amenities and lovely art work on the walls.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved staying at this resort, but would say that the dining room was a little lonely and food a bit tired.

Good location, nice swimming pool and nice rooms. Staff is fantastic.

There is more potential to make the place even more amazing, the gym can be improved and the AC system can be updated to ensure there is no hiccups. The restaurant was fine but nothing special.
