nice room, central location

when we booked it there was same day a city neon party planned and the hotel didnt mention that while we still could cancel or change the booking and upon arrival informed that our room will be faing the central square so it might be noisy, at night we found out that it was extremely noisy but then there were no rooms of same cöass to offer for us and we had to switch to much more basic room in quiter part and also move all our belonging in the middle of the night, that was strange, of id have to pick a basic room id never book tjis hotel but prefer to chose maybe another one.. so this lack of communication from hotel on the booking day was not nice..

Room very well equipped, very much appreciated the small fridge and coffee and tea pot. The room was clean. Great choice of food for breakfast, great pancakes. Great location of the hotel close to the lake, shops and restaurants. Friendly and professional staff.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but offers parking for 125 kr/day in a nearby parking house. If you park in front of the hotel to drop off your luggage, you risk a fine if you leave your car there for a long time. We went for breakfast early in the morning, even so it was crowded. However, the breakfast room is large and it was no problem to find a free table. However, it was worse with the staff who did not keep up with replenishing the missing food. It would also be nice to divide the room into smaller sections somehow, it was quite noisy. Little water pressure in the shower.

Great location - really close to the station and restaurants: we visited the University and that was easy to get to as well. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the lake views were gorgeous! Breakfast was spectacular. The pub within the hotel was great and had a lovely traditional pub atmosphere with an amazing selection of craft beers and whiskeys.

The lake view rooms are on the road and rail line side so might be noisy for some. Ear plugs are provided and rooms are well glazed: it was not a particular issue for me but if you are a light sleeper, it may be a consideration as the trains do run quite constantly well into the night and from the early morning.

The location is the best The breakfast is super diverse and healthy The reception staff is very welcoming They provided bikes for a 4 hours period for free - this has been a HUGE plus for our city enjoyment! The bathroom is big enough and confortable

The orange juice at the breakfast is industrial The room we got (330) is a bit old and rusty

Great breakfast, as usual in Elite Hotels. Can't beat the location in Jönköping, it's right in the middle of the town center.

When I was checking in, there was a queue of people at the front desk and no staff there. Hotel's own parking area was very small and full, so I had to park in a public parking garage near the hotel and pay for it.

Very big room, good breakfast with all what you expect. Good location near the centre, with a big parking garage nearby. Although there was quite some nightlife outside, our room was quiet when we closed the windows.

Our bathroom was big and nice but had a faint but distinct smell of "sewer", possibly a drain that needs cleaning?

Only that they had the baked beans in the same food heater as sausages Even if they are in different compartments, sausage steam drips on to the beans. Not ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Everything else was fantastic.

Clean and well maintained facilities. Superb breakfast options, very friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the Bishops Arms. Conveniently located for bus/coach connections to/from airport and other touristic attractions.

Room was quite small and very soft bed. Also, quite noisy until late in tbe square opposite. Regardless, we would return.

We came to take part of Jönköping 70.3. The hotel location was perfect close to all cafes, restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was really good, there is a supermarket close by and paid parking .Staff were very friendly and helpful, house keeping was available most of the time

Hmmmm nothing I can mention

Beautiful facade in the best location in the city. The Bishop’s Arms, which is the pub on the first floor, is a big and beautiful. As warm and friendly as any pub we visited anywhere in Sweden.

The back rooms of the hotel, which you access by a walkway, feels a little cheesy compared to the rooms in the “main” part of the building, but the rooms themselves are fine and comfortable.
