I always read hotel reviews. This hotel exceeded them! Friendly staff, very comfortable, fabulous breakfast choice, every where clean including the well kept gardens and the pool area. Staff obviously take pride in working here. Area was safe and quiet with easy access to shops, cinema n food all in walking distance. The hotel also offered free food n drink social meets 3 days a week. We will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Arizona! Thank you to all the staff who work here

Size of the suite, very good space around the bed area, the bathroom..

we receive a room with a shower/bathtub valve issue. No access to water. This should have been notice while cleaning and repaired before having the next customer showing up. We reported it around 7 am and had to do it again at 9 am. There was a change of shift, lack of communication. Once the repairman was told, it was quick to fix and we were able to take a shower . The breakfast during our week days, Less options with the fruits, yogurt which is what I eat every morning. But the eating area is nice and the staff

I liked the cleanliness of the property and the kindness of the African American gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. He was always so polite and friendly.

Room service did the absolute bare minimum for a light touch up during our stay. Even when asked for services during a certain time period, it was not done. Attitude from the maid wasn’t appreciated either.

The property was huge and the rooms were accommodating for all the people we had in our group. Cedric at the front desk was so nice. He was welcoming and his customer service was incredible.

Breakfast was not ready at 7am . They had the light off and people were forming in the eating area . We had to be somewhere by 8am so we had to find breakfast somewhere else . Someone else needs to be able to run the kitchen if emergency’s happen.

For 300.00+ the blanket had blood stains and the carpet was ripped. Not enough towels. The lamps didn’t work. The room had a smell that wasn’t pleasant and there was a loud noise at night making it hard to sleep. For 400.00 a night I definitely felt like I was in a 3star establishment. I stayed there because no rooms were available anywhere else. I will definitely be touching base with your corporate office.

Wonderful room - full kitchen- amazing breakfast with real plates and healthy food options like plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and eggs as well as biscuits and waffles and oatmeal. Pool and whirlpool area tastefully done. Target with groceries and shopping center with plenty of food options all a 5 minute walk away. This place had everything we needed for a great stay.

Poor housekeeping, rooms should have light clean each day with a full clean after 7 days. Management insisted this was done but we only received light clean on 2 days and had to escalate to get manager to arrange cleans despite housekeeping saying it had been done..

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and had a nice variety and the Monday through Wednesday social events were terrific. We loved the in-room kitchen and the washer/dryer facilities too!!! Very comfortable bed and pillows.

We were on the top floor. It was so quiet for sleeping. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The pillows on the bed were really soft even though there were two per person. It felt like there were no pillows at all. We didn't bring this up to the staff.

It was comfy, and the room was nice. Breakfast was pretty darn good.

They left one guy there on a Saturday to handle everything himself. There were no towels by the pool because of it. Poor dude kept trying to accommodate, but they left him there to drown. Also, the plugs by the bed for chargers do not work.
