Room was spacious and super clean. Plenty of towels and extra linens and blanket for the pull out bed. Fridge was cold and dishes were clean. All of the staff we talked to were very nice and always helpful. The pool was clean and in a great location-it was in full shade in the afternoon so we didn't need to worry about sunscreen.

One of the entrance key card readers didn't work at all, and one of them wouldn't work with the mobile key. I also couldn't get the mobile key to work at the pool because the pool key reader is near the fitness center reader, so it only pulled the fitness center up. I had to request a physical key card.

I’m thrilled to share our wonderful experience at Home2 Suites! My family and I stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience offered. Our suite with a king bed and pull-out sofa provided ample space and comfort, and even the pull-out sofa exceeded our expectations in comfort. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also incredibly convenient, allowing us to start our day without the hassle of finding a restaurant. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Thank you, Home2 Suites, for exceeding our expectations!

Location was easy to find, clean, quiet from outside noise. with ample parking, within walking distance of a good selection of eateries. Staff were friendly. Free bottles of water which was good because the tap water was not good to drink or use for coffee or tea.

The room heater was noisy. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Requires an additional $225 security hold on credit card for incidentals. That was excessive considering we had no extra charges. There was only one washcloth. I asked housekeeping for a few more but never received them. The soap dispensers were fastened so high on the wall, it was hard for a shorter adult to reach them.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities we like. The in-room kitchen is terrific.

I realized I left a jacket in the room soon after we left. I called your front desk and he said to just go online and register the loss. I was hoping He could check with maid service and we could swing back by to pick it up. But he didn't seem too helpful. I did go online but never got it back.

The Property was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided to us.

Nothing. Compared to the property we were at the previous night (Hampton Inn) this place was 100x better.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. The location was away from the congested parts of Scottsdale, which was nice.

Was hoping for a hotel bar or restaurant, but there were some within walking distance so that was nice.

I didn’t like the breakfast buffet. Not enough choices of food and everything had pork in it. Need more of a variety for the breakfast.

Great location near OdySea Aquarium. Awesome air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Great employees. Amazing stay. Love the curtain room divider and the comfortable bed.

Booking.coms website double booked my reservation causing me to pay twice and I am still trying to get my money back. Super angry. Buyer beware. I would love some help with this.
