Location is great. Breakfast is good. Room was somewhat updated. Nice to have on site laundry available.

The hotel charges $10 per day for parking which makes no sense as it is an uncovered lot. The previous hotel brands at this location never charged for parking. Definitely not something I expected for this level of hotel. The rooms were renovated but not thoroughly. I have been staying at this location for over 20 years. Some improvements were made but not fully done. For example, the wallpaper in the bathroom was very old and dirty. Not what I would expect from a Marriott property.

Location was good and staff was friendly. Bed was confortable and nice shower. Reception area was rather bland, could be made to look more welcoming.

Very minimum breakfast included. no one at front desk when we checked out. Finally someone from housekeeping came out and told us to just leave keys on desk. No receipt provided.

Although the hotel is currently under renovations, the hotel lobby is shaping up to be very modern and clean. My family and I did not partake in the breakfast provided. We liked the 2 queen bed room we had with the pull out sofa bed. Each kid was able to have their own bed. When I called down for additional bedding, it was brought up right away.

Our room was pretty clean for the most part. I didn’t even notice that the previous guest left their fake eyelashes on the lamp base until we were checking out. We were hardly in our room. The bathroom is fairly small. For a family of four, only one of us could get ready at a time. Another mirror over the desk would be nice to allow another person to get ready.

Although in the middle of renovations for the general hotel, the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and the bed was large and comfortable. There was a lovely couch to stretch out on. There was a lovely heated pool and plenty of ice in the ice machine. Coffee and/or tea was provided with fruit, muffins, cereal and bagels each morning which you could enjoy with a large screen tv nearby. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Little things were missing like lighting in some areas. There was only one rubbish bin in the area near the tv but none in the bathroom. Just a small thing. The bathroom was a bit tight to navigate around the door.

Great location, okay room. Breakfast was good. Nice work out facilities and on-site laundry.

This hotel charges for parking, a fee I was not aware of when booking this hotel. I have stayed at this property several times over the past 20+ years and I never had to pay for parking before, when the hotel was under different ownership. Rooms were somewhat renovated but not well. There is still old, dirty, and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, for example.

This was a last minute booking due to our current hotel was absolutely horrendous. So I booked this the morning of, cancelled my current stay and headed over. The staff was so great. The lady at the front desk was so polite and friendly. I told her about what happened. She made sure to take care of us. She was able to get us in early. She did mentioned they were in a remodel faze and made sure we understood. When staying there I didn’t hear the crew working on the building. She made sure to put us in the newly remodeled room. It was very peaceful and clean. For the price, it’s a perfect little hotel. We will be back.

Breakfast was reasonable, good variety of food items. The manager was very good, understanding, and helpful, and he cares about his customers . We were allowed to have a small dog in our motel.

Cooks need to make sure they make plenty of breakfast for all the customers, half way through breakfast time , no food was replenished, and some customers didn’t get any breakfast :/

Location was a bit hard to find we weren’t sure if the hotel was the right one no “BIG” signs. But due to construction it was hard to see the signs. Check in was easy. Our door for room 301 was very very hard to open. Struggled every time to open. Our room was clean but a very nasty smell was in the room every time like someone smoked a cigarette in there. Also the breakfast was very poor. Just cereals, toast/bagels, and yogurt.

The young man at check in is polite, kind, efficient can relate to hearing deficit persons...as I am. I stayed in a Hearing impaired room. Has a doorbell flashing light indicators if needed.

The bathroom door opens in towards the toilet...might be nice to do a sliding door for true handicapped access. The reason is there is really narrow bathroom access. However, the facilities shower toilet and sink were wonderful.

Loved this place. Newly remodeled. Some remodeling still happening but not much left it looks like. Location excellent. Super close to Old Town Scottsdale, close to lots of restaurants and The Well which is a really awesome hole in the wall bar. Room was clean, spacious, renovated, and comfy! Cost for such a wonderful hotel was way below other hotels in area. I will absolutely be staying here when I visit again. We loved it! Quiet as well so amazing night sleep.
