Room was nice and clean, had everything we could need and more. Just wish there was a larger trash can available as we had a lot of garbage pile up over the course of 3 days.

Hallway/ stairs could be cleaned. Stains on the stairs and it had a funky smell but other than that it was fine

The staff was very friendly and professional. The kitchen was convenient for making our own meals and the pet relief area had nice turf and bags for disposal of waste. Also in a nice area near lots of restaurants and a grocery store.

I didn’t like that the entrance door to the room had a big gap at the bottom and you could see and hear anyone walking past the room.

While we were able to sleep and sit down, the mattress and sofa were pretty worn down. Could use either repair or replacements under the cabinet over the microwave. Holes where something used to be there.

Staff is totally amazing, extremely helpful and courteous and kind. No judgement and actual take the time to treat each and every customer like an actual human. Super clean, different room options available , laundry on site , met some super great folks I'll never forget !!!

We first had booked online, a handicapped accessible room as my guys is a disabled army veteran and has a hard time in smaller spaces tub and shower and such and has handrails etc. We did not get the handicapped room even though there were some available. ........ Full disclosure is this , yes my guys is a disabled army veteran and it is better to have the hand rails for myself even as well..... BUT, there are definitely people who could use the accomodations more than ourselves and everything else and everyone else was so ....."real" that it is what it is as far as any of that goes.

Check in was great. We travel for our son's youth league baseball tournaments, so we tend to check in later than normal (9 or 10 pm). The night clerk was very attentive and had our information ready to go. She was really sweet and we chatted like we were old friends. The room was large and spacious. We loved the kitchenette and we carry a lot of water and sports drinks with us when we travel.

We did not know that we had to pay for parking. That was a surprise fee. The pullout mattress had a rather large stain on it, and there were no sheets on the pullout nor in the closet. We do tend to check in at later times in the night and having to get all of our gear up to the room and want to crawl in bed, but have to go back to the front desk and ask for the linens and flip the mattress is just one more thing ya know?

Quiet even though they were having their roof replaced, they kept it clean. The pool was still open. The workers were very courteous. I was quite impressed.

I am a dog mom it would be nice to have a section of the property fenced off just for the dogs so that you could take them off their leash. Many dogs won’t go and do their morning things with a leash on.

All was nice, large two bedroom suite, kitchen, 3 TVs, the Iron and ironing board was appreciated, fine location if you have transportation. Staff friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have an elevator too. This unit was a corner model so extra windows for that Arizona sunshine. Central air conditioning of course.

Common areas ie: halls laundry area etc. Were on the dim side perhaps it was the spectrum of the bulbs, as far as lighting goes. Picky I know, but can't recall any negatives to report here.

The property looks similar to an apartment than a hotel. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance from restaurants and fast food chains.

The A/C unit had a sour smell coming from it when it wasn't running.

Cleanliness-even the remote control had been sanitized and wrapped! Spaciousness of the room and completely functional kitchen with all the necessities, including dish detergent and drying towels. Having 4 pillows to choose from made it really nice!

No shuttle service from the Airport to any closer location. It ended up costing almost $50 without a tip! Too expensive and a consideration for the next layover in PHX area.

The stocked kitchen was i nice touch. And we enjoyed it.

The only thing id say was the wall oulet was a little touchy on the right side facing the bed. Left if you are laying on the bed.
