The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints!

Every step I took was met with a pounding on the ceiling/ floor from below. Every, single, step. I had to tip toe! And even then the pounding continued. We we walking on eggshells....and even then we elicited pounding and yelling from below....it felt unsafe and kind of ghetto. Certainly not the fault of the management, but definitely made our 4 day stay uncomfortable.

Everything. This place is perfect for my situation. Its in a good area. There's not a bunch of random ppl hanging out all day and night. It's clean and the staff couldn't get any better. They are understanding and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Not to mention the price is extremely affordable. They go beyond my expectations

The pool is being worked on... It will be cool once it's all redone to go kick back and get some sun.

It was a nice stay for a good price. I appreciate the size of the room, and the comfort of it. I would be willing to stay there again, if back in Phoenix.

The pool was under maintenance while I was there. Which was a little sad, but it was working again the day of my checkout. Shouldn’t be an issue for others.
