We had a couple of issues, this was our dirts time here and staying at a time share property - wifi kept kicking out a lot , sometimes very slow, needed to call the 3rd party as not one person could answer or fix the issue, seemed like a week connection…..these days wifi should be better -was not told at checkin about the room cleaning or what to do, possibly a sheet explaining the procedures would be offered - just tiny issues with the toilet which was mentioned to the desk but didn’t seem to be rectified and a small kitchen sink drip All the staff were exceptional, from the front desk, to the staff at the patio, and the food was excellent. Loved sitting there to watch the golfers and relax with a nice view. Last day the Adirondack chairs arrived, great, as the older seat cushions were not great. Appreciated everything and if we are again in Phoenix we will definitely stay again……location was perfect and easy to get around…..

Everything was exceptional, great staff and golfing

We loved the layout of the room. It was very comfortable and provided a private closed off area for the bedroom. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and we definitely used them several times. We greatly appreciated the service of the golf cart for delivering our groceries and baggage, as well as assisting us when we were packing up and checking out.

It would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room or at least a hot plate to warm up our meals.

Lovely to wake up to a sunny green with palms and to have a little space outside for ourselves. The rooms were clean, the big fridge, coffee maker, kitchen and tableware and microwave made it easy to organise our own breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit disappointing to have low water pressure and no water kettle present.

Overall, it was a good experience. Quiet and clean. Bonus was the restaurant that is on the facility. I enjoyed the ambiance and live music.

I would say the only thing that I was not impressed with was the moldy smell I encountered every time I got back to my room. The only way for me to help with this was buy opening the balcony door and let some fresh air in.

This resort is beautiful and quiet. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are all suites and are very nice, clean and comfortable. The jetted tubs in all the rooms are amazing and so relaxing. If it had an oven or stove in the room, these would be little apartments. That's how cool and big the suites are. Each suite is also situated for maximum privacy minus the semi-shared outdoor balcony. My boyfriend and I have been there twice for staycations now and we love being here. We like going to the lounge and watching people play golf too. All in all, one of the best places I have ever stayed at to just relax and for the time of year we went, super affordable as well.

1) A suite that includes a kitchen usually has a stovetop, not just a microwave. 2) We understood that the pool would not be available while we were there, but an inoperable treadmill (with no note as to when it would be fixed) was an unpleasant surprise

We did not eat at Orange Tree. There are so many delicious restaurants in Scottsdale that I was familiar with so we chose to eat off site! Loved the layout and quietness of the resort! Enjoyed the gentleman playing in the restaurant/bar area on Thurs Oct 5th. He was very good and enjoyed his genre of music! Loved the large bathtub - able to relax every night before bed! Missed having the golf smoothie cafe open!

Room accommodations were very nice. We thought the restaurant area could have had nicer/updated decor! Someone had said the Orange Tree will be getting a face lift in the very near future! Possibly menus items could have been a little more appealing.

Our room and bed were comfortable. The staff was excellent; friendly, knowledgable and accommodating.

The grout in our bathroom really needs to be deep cleaned. I also found the lighting in the bathroom to be dark. Adding a throw rug(s) to the rooms would make it more comfortable, and keep the echo down when talking. It would be great if every room was assigned one parking space (numbered). We had to park far away from our room on most occasions upon returning to the facility. That's challenging when you're hauling luggage.

Our suite was facing the golf course, was clean, stylish and quiet. The entire facility is large, well maintained, offering a true resort and vacation like feel where you could stay even long term. The location is away enough yet close enough to everything in Scottsdale. Like some reviews said, this place is 11 out of 10. We will be back.
