Key me begin by saying we chose your hotel/location as this was in celebration of our 33rd wedding anniversary on 12-15-24! The young lady that checked is in was amazing! I wish I knew her name to ensure you (hopefully) would recognize her outstanding customer service we experienced! You're location was having software challenges preventing our to check-in in a timely manner. She kind, empathetic and I'm apologetic. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The checkout guy.... No so much.. Monotone, bland, unapologetic as if he didn't like his job. This was our 32nd wedding anniversary, so a very special day for us. I explained the king line at the buffet and requested a late checkout of only an hour so we could tidy up. He straight-out said NO. I let him know that we'll be considering other places to stay in the future for our future anniversarys. Again, kudos to the young lady at check in. I believe she may have been Hispanic. Pay the shoulders wavy/curly hair. I hope this helps and that this survey finds this specific hotel's management to: 1) give her praises! 2) coach, chastize or whatever you do to the Caucasian , balding brown hair guy at the front desk in the morning shift of 12-15-24. 1) Your checkout employee I described above 2) the fact it room was described as golf course view. It was not asking the lines is go out in the patio. Break your neck hard left to see a bit of grass. Was totally inaccurate and disappointing!

Loved the breakfast, the service was excellent. This location had an omlette bar, as well as the hot buffet offerings. The freshfruit and dairy selection was also nice. The room was spacious, and comfortable. As Hilton members we were greeted with a nice cold bottle of water, and the hospitality hour in the bar was great. We didn't use the pool or golf course as we had come to Scottsdale for a concert and a catch up with friends.

I had reserved a golf course view, but ended up with a view of the parking lot, aka Mountain view. No worries. The hotel was pretty full that evening and the room was comfortable and spacious.

The pool was clean and well maintained. The location was about a 20 minute drive from anywhere we were going, so that wasn't bad. It was easy to get to old town Scottsdale, Tempe and downtown Phoenix. The room was clean. Breakfast was well stocked. We will be back in a few months and would definitely stay here again.

Sleeper sofa bed was uncomfortable. I ended up there a few nights due to my significant other's snoring (which is why why love embassy suites as they have the separate bedrooms). Not a deal breaker.

The breakfast experience is a disaster. The timing is from 6 to 9 am, as a result most of the guests rush to it at 8:30. The queue to cooking station is huge and it takes 40 minutes just to order. It’s also not enough staff for this “rush hour” to clean the tables. Either extend the breakfast hours or hire more people and add more cooking stations. Or improve the quality of the buffet, except potatoes everything else is not eatable.

The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, spotless, and had a great view of the pool area and the golf course south of the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised at our accommodations. The morning free breakfast was way more than we expected. I have grown used to a packaged small roll and some coffee. Instead, there were numerous options from omelets made to order, to fruit, toast, cereal, and just about everything else. There was even a happy hour near the pool in the main lobby. All in all I was delighted with the experience.

The only thing that irritated me was the daily parking fee for parking on-site, It was not the end of the world but was a bit surprising.

We visit AZ almost every year and usually stayed at Chandler or Tempe. Embassy Suites by Hilton Pheonix Scottsdale is by far the best we ever stayed in the Pheonix area. Had a top floor room with a fantastic golf course view. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made to your desire. It is a great place, the staff and guests in the hotel were just so friendly, nice and wonderful. We spent 6 memorable days in Embassy Suite and will be back again next year.

Paying for the daily Parking. This should be free for guests. Other hotels in Chandler and Tempe do not charge a parking fee.

Room was excellent - and bigger than I expected. I didn't realize that breakfast was included, so that was a bonus - and the omelet was good! It was handy having the golf course next door.

The shower controls were very tricky to get right, they didn't follow any logic and were not well marked, so required a lot of playing around to get the temperature right. There was no English Breakfast tea - only Earl Gray and green teas. But to be clear, these were only minor points in my overall satisfaction.

The rooms are nice and the views of the golf course and mountains are beautiful. They have a series of meeting rooms with nice outside views, which is helpful if you’re going to be stuck in meetings all day. There’s a great breakfast with very friendly staff at the omelet and waffle bar. In the evening, they had a happy hour and I got two free drink tickets when I checked in as part of the Hilton rewards.

The hotel is very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with made to order omeletts. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked through bookings.com . Our flight was canceled that night. Bookings is refusing to issue a refund for the one night we missed. Buyer be ware. Do not book through this site. You are better off calling the hotel directly.

The toilet was the absolute worst part, it was so tiny..it absolutely ruined everything The security accused my husband of smoking on the balcony even though he’s a paraplegic who does not smoke Children could be heard screaming from the top of their lungs from about 11pm-2am…it was unreal. As if they were literally in the hallway having a yelling match. Absolute chaos
