I knew when we booked the room that check in was at 4 o'clock We arrived quite early, but after discussing our situation with the lady at the front desk (we are disabled), we asked if we could have the room early. She quoted us the rules, but then, she went personally to see if any ground floor rooms were ready yet, and one actually was! Wish I'd got her name, she is a gem!

The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. The hotel lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast area was well maintained. Can't beat the waffles!

I could never get the TV remote to work. I heard from other guests that it is an ongoing issue. Staff did try to help. I think it's the type of remote they have for the rooms. Not necessarily the original that came with the TV but one of those "clean" ones. I can appreciate that but not if it doesn't work. Great stay otherwise

Very clean, newly remodeled facility. Very clean, new towels, nice bedding, nice pillows. Clean, well-stocked breakfast area. Nice place.

One bad spot in the mattress (coil broken).

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds were great as well. The lady who checked us in was really sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was really great with a lot of choices.

I wasn’t pleased I wasn’t informed of the 50.00 hold for each room and it would take 5-7 days to refund if you didn’t tear your room up. That should be stated on Booking. com about holds. That can mess up someone’s trip

Breakfast was very good and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient to the freeways and access to the hotel is also very good. The only negative was a lack of electrical outlets but several medical devices we were trying to connect so maybe not a problem for most. Also the air condition was excellent considering the outside temperature of over 110.

The hotel is located to many of the destinations we visited. It appeared to be very centrally located for our needs. It was nice that parking was included with the stay.

It appeared that the hotel may be short of maintenance staff. The pool looks like it could be cleaned some more. There was one staff member that appeared to be the "grounds person" and he did clean the surface of the pool one of the days and what a difference it made in appearance.

I was supposed to have gotten some kind of rewards -my bill was 171.00 and with the reward it would have brought it down to 107.00 but when i paid for it i never recieved the reward. I have stayed at this facility several times this year along with a few others thru booking and have never to my knowledge recieved any kind of reward benefit with Best western or booking is recieving a reward benefit typical with repetitive use i'm not sure but it would be nice! Very nice room; staff very friendly, great breakfast with many entrees. Room was comfortable and clean; just the right amount of space. Cable worked great. It was a pleasurable experience for us.

Need more outlets in the room, or a power strip would be nice. The bathtub drain wouldn't hold water, and I did notify the staff when I checked out. Otherwise, can't think of any other negatives.

Great privacy, very clean, breakfast was super good they had a variety every day. Staff was very friendly, maintenance was efficient and quick.

Couldn’t get housekeeping to makeup the room/ change sheets/ new towels. I left the tag out for service and left for the whole day when I came back it wasn’t serviced.

Breakfast has everything a guest needs. A love pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, bananas, toasts and all. The room was very spacious, with a large bed, a good tv, a sofa, microwave, fridge, a table where you could set your laptop, a place to hang your clothes, an ironing board as well as ab iron. A blow dryer, a good shower, and a sink separated from the bathroom itself.

Maybe it would be easier to the guest if he/she wouldn’t have to connect his/hers devices every time he/she needs to use them.
