For the price it's great let's be real you are booking a budget room you shouldn't expect the Ritz Carlton it's a good price for a decent room in a quiet property with a decent staff idk why people would be crying about a few miner imperfections it's a good price considering most other places are 150 a week or more than this place

The deposit I pay with a credit card which gives a hotel a guarantee that it will cover any damages up to I think 2500 a stay for guests if they read there credit card policies that they get fore accepting cards it states this in there terms of use that comes with there pay point equipment so with credit card using guests they don't need to add more damage protection it's already covered by the credit card company's so for your credit card using guests stop adding that $100.00 deposit on there booking and the property would have a higher rented room per day count that would mean the property would be more profitable

I love the little kitchenette in the rooms and they have full size fridges. The rooms are very affordable for what you are getting.

I don't like that they were always out of clean towels and we didn't have a blanket on our bed when we moved in. The floors were extremely dirty and the toilet clogged every time you flushed toilet paper. Most of the staff was pleasant but for a few employees who would not lift a finger or go out of their way to help you.

Well I arrived at the location check inn . I had ask the staff if it was possible to relocate to a different room due to the fact that I had very expensive tools in the back of my truck.. Staff didn't hesitate to issue me another room. I have stayed here a few times & I have had nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. I noticed that sometimes we expect to munch for little pay ...

I have not had any bad experiences with this Hotel

The room was cute. It was over all clean and well put together. I like that there was a small space for cooking and the chairs around the island was nice.

The beds being on those metal frames made them so uncomfortable. They were hard. There was burn holes in the blankets and the room smelled like smoke. The wall above the tub had black spots on it, not sure what that was. There was little space to sit on the chair at the island next to the bed.

It has a stovetop burners. Counter barstools. Fridge.

There's no pool. Coffee machine didn't work in am in office, nice machine tho.

All it was actually not what I expected I read the reviews and nothing compared to what was said I truly enjoyed staying there I will plan my next trip there

The bed it wasn't comfortable

Everything except I was not able to stay all of my nights and I would like an extension of the night I did not stay to be added on at the end.

I was not able to stay all the nights I paid for and would like to see if I can get them extended onto the end of my stay.

I like my room. It was cozy.

The neighbors was fighting and yelling after the office closed at 11:00 pm.

Being in a wheelchair and waiting for housing, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with my situation. Excellent customer service!

It could have been more clean. Housekeeping was definitely lacking.
