How clean the room is and how secure and protected the property is.

How rude and disrespectful the security is when its time to check out. The security doesn't give the guest time to say if they are going to stay another night or just need a little time to gather their belongings and then security uses profanity when telling the guest to leave and I saw a security guard repeatedly tase a woman whom wasn't a guest until she was completely off the property. I think the situation could have been handled more appropriate and with less unnecessary physical contact leading to abuse.

This my favorite hotel to stay at. It's always clean. I never see bugs. The staff in the office are respectful and friendly in a perfessional way. Security is always keeping the property safe and sound. The beds are so comfortable and lobe the tv and the channels they have. The rooms are very nice and spacious. And I love the upgraded bathrooms with the rain shower like shower heads so relaxing. And cleaning stage are so sweet and make sure your room is always clean and if your here long term they always make sure you have what you need.

Everything is always perfect

Efficient office staff. Clean. Secure facility. Convenience of parking car at door. Very helpful for someone like me who is mobility impaired.

The location was not ideal. No fault of the motel. Also, it is not clear where the office is when you first arrive if you are from out of town and never visited there before. That could be a an issue for some. I almost cancelled because I thought it was gone or that the motel next door was it. I could have not stayed at the neighboring motel after what I saw when arriving. It was reassuring that the motel was behind secure fencing. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were cleaned daily. The equipment was in good working condition.

location is key. everything you need definitely close by. i dont mind the crowd around there. definitely wont let my gf walk around by herself. im not sure what happened i stayed for 3 weeks and this morning they told me they weren't gonna rent to me anymore. they said there was too many people coming and going from my room but its just me and my girl. im in and out back and forth all day but i dont see why thats a problem. i wasn't given a very clear answer either but why fight i enjoyed the time there and ill be alright moving forward. excellent stay just the staff couldve been a little more professional thats all

the staff waitng until the last minute to inform me they werent gonna rent me a room anymore. i had went to the office 2 times the previous day attempting to pay for my reservation and was told to return later both times. finally at 9:30 in the morning i went back to the office to pay for my reservation and was informed i was a mandatory check out and being placed on dnr list. i also had to be out by 11:00 am so there wasnt any thought or consideration given to my situation. why didnt they just inform me the night before while i was at the office trying 2 pay for my reservation. an hour and a half isnt much time to pack and arrange transportation and try to find another room to rent. i enjoyed it til my couple hours i was there

YES WE USE TO STAY AT RED ROOF DUE TO A HORRID EVENT AT ANITHER SUPER8 WHERE I WAS ROBBED FOR $2700 BUT 2 NIGHTS AGO REDROOF CANCELLED MY RESEVATION DUE TO US BEING LATE CHECKING IN SO WE CAME OVER HERE WYNDAM PHX NORTH AND i HAVE TO SAY HAVE NOT SEEN ONE COCAROACH RED ROOF U GOT A TON OF CONSTANLY KILLING THEM OR SO SRAYING THE WHOLE TRIP. I HOPE U PUBLISH THIS SO EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE SUPER 8 ROCKS OUT HERE ON INDIAN SCHOOL METRO NOT SO MUCH THE OFFICE STAFF DID NOT ASSIST ME IN MY ROBBERY EVEN THOU I KNEW WHO AND WHAT ROOM AND WOULD NOT EVEN CALL COPS WHEN MY PHONE WAS DEAD BUT PHX NORTH IS A ROCK STAR WILL RETURN THANKS SUPER 8 PHX WEST OR NORTH AT INDIAN SCHOOL.AND 27 AVE NEXT TO RED ROOF FOLKS CHECK IT OUT

The staff and security staff are amazing always on top of everything. If you have an issue they kindly offer to work with you. The property is quite and clean all the time. This is my favorite hotel and my first go to when need a hotel.

There's nothing I didn't like. This is honestly the best hotel I've stayed at.

Everything was good no complaints had good 2 nights there differently stay here again..

Well on booking com. Where we booked the room the add said double room double bed so we thought it was for two rooms other than that it was a good stay....

Convenient buss route. For the most part it's a clean and quiet place to stay.

The place cost to much for what they offer in a room. Fridges are to small for an extended stay room. We like the place good enough but definitely believe it costs to much.

The clean room. Security guard always on duty and on point .I felt comfortable knowing security was patrolling at all times. House keeping was very friendly. And the WiFi had a good signal and worked well during my 4 day stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable. The room numbers were very hard to see. Very small and not posted on the doors. No vending machines on the property. The lighting in the room was way too bright, florescent lights is what it seemed to be. (A dim lamp would have been nice)

Place was clean and easy enough to get into most of the front desk help was decent

Last 2 times I've stayed they put my right off the busy street so alot of noise and foot traffic plus all the hookers n homeless coming n going still need to reach out to front desk help n insure that they are not so surly
