Barbara the lady that work up front she is so f****** nice she's cool she do her job she very respectful and I love her and I love these guys and I pray very good ever thank you and no rooms are clean very nice and I love these people that all work as they are good people so have recommend this place to anybody come stay there and they will work with you and they will help you out

I love everything about this place to pick rooms they got the bathrooms of tubs and showers this is a great place for anybody to stay if they try to just get on their feet I recommend this to 10

I appreciate all the staff bcuz I ve been having personal issues and sumtimes I have to wait to pick up my rent. But these down to earth sweeties work with me and I respect and appreciate them so much for that. At the end of the day it's active outside but inside my room is wut I make of it

I don't like how they disrespect the staff by taking trash out of the dumpster and just sit outside and act the fool. Alot of these hotels/ motels won't even look at u wen they deny u a room but the knights inn doesn't discriminate and that exceeds all expectations.

I was surprised by the room I received. Very good Price!!! Much better improvement. Rooms Still lneed bit more to go but definitely looks & feels better, like a real hotel!!! New Front Desk Staff was Amazing, Very Professional & Took care of “US” the Customers!!! The outside looks Amazing Also. New Paint, cleaned up Very Nicely, & No more trash or mess left behind from the Homeless People. Thanks to all the Staff. I will definitely return, Couple of suggestions: also invest in a couple of Ice Machines & Water. It’s Arizona, It’s Very Hot Here!!! Also invest in eVending machines with Sodas, water, coffee, snacks, candy or toiletries for your Customers. A. R. El Paso, Tx

It may not look like much to people but if your looking for somewhere to lay your head down at and have descent service. Even at a place that may look ran down but if you are there like I am you can see they are running a business the best way they know how with what they have. I appreciate this place it has literally given me a place I can come and relax without any extra nonsense

I love the peacefulness, day and night. I know the area and neighborhood is not 5 star, but I was safe and comfortable. Very grateful to have been there. Also stayed for about a month in 2021 until my son, Service dog & I got our apartments. Thank you kindly!! BLESSINGS ❤️

Upper Slide Lock on door was broken and hair in bathtub. Tissues would have been helpful.

Everything was good. I wish I could of stay another day to sleep in and refresh my body. l

The only problem was the TV remote. I went to office, and She gave me another remote but still it needed to program before I could us it on TV. Also, no local channels.

I've stayed here before and was satisfied then also. Very quiet and comfortable. Tub needed abit more cleaning and many quirks in appearance of room, but it served the Emergency purpose for a week. Thank you kindly. Blessings!!!

Due to finances, I mmmm Inn is going to be a 4-5:Star establishment. Quiet, relaxing, a place to let your hair down . They are doing extensive repairs upgraded to the interior and exterior of the property, daily... It looks very up to date. Staff are very customer service driven. No fault of Knights Inn. Every store closes, too early for my lifestyle. Mostly , I, worked mid/grave shift. I, enjoy peacefulness in my life.

PRICE, VERY QUIET. VERY CLEAN, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE

BATHROOM DOOR WAS MISSING, NO SHOWER CURTIN SO WATER GOT EVERY WHERE.. DO HAVE TO PUT A $30 DOLLAR DEPOSIT BUT MAKE. SURE YOUR CHECKED L OUT BEFORE 11AM TO GET IT BACK AT CHECK OUT.

The staff has really turned things around since our previous stay. Still needs a little fine tuning but besides that it has become much better.

There was a lack of checking in on guest daily when it came to towels or soap. But if you ask they were quick about getting you those things that may be included in your stay.
