The breakfast accommodations were nice. There was a basketball court and the outdoor patio and pool area was nice. Things seemed stocked and clean and smelled decent throughout.

You could tell they were hopefully updating so some of the transition work showing through was a little off-putting cosmetically, also the was a half-inch gap around the door that I could see light coming in, thankfully it was on the living room/kitchen side and not the bedroom side but...

The breakfast was very good on both mornings I had not been to Phoenix before but I think the location was good in that it was close to the airport and also Grand Canyon University. The evening activity at the hotel was nice but it was nearly over after we returned .

My room was handicap Accessible but the tub was too high and I hurt my left foot getting in the shower and I slipped in the narrow tub!! I was able to use the grab bar to keep from falling but The tub should not be that narrow and it was ridiculously high for an accessible bathroom! The toilet should have had a bar on the wall to help lift oneself up from it! Whoever created that bathroom obviously needs to familiarize themselves with a handicapped accessible room!!That bathroom was not a great example of one and I have stayed at a hilton property in the past in an accessible room ( in manhattan).

Hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. Room was nice & clean upon check in. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was served.

The only things we didn’t like was the hotel was right off the interstate. You could hear all of the traffic at night. It echoed at times from being so loud. We also didn’t like the sofa bed. My kids used it. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us. It was in an office type area but very quiet and peaceful. Close to major roads so easy to get around. The room was excellent, a good size and nicely laid out. Really enjoyed the breakfast. The area was light and spacious and there was a good selection of options.

I didn't like that before we checked in, we asked for an early check-in when we got there to check in, I also asked for a late checkout and she immediately said we're not doing that tomorrow. We're not doing any late checkouts tomorrow. Well later that night after shift change I went to the front desk and asked the new attendant for late check out and he was more than willing to give me one. He was a nice young man. I don't know if it's your policy to not give early check-in and late check outs. But I would say that's what I didn't like is that I wasn't afforded the early and late check out by the initial employee. Hope that's not your policy

The front desk staff and the manager were both very nice! Dinner and drinks were provided in the lobby some days during our stay The manager even offered to hold my baby while I ate. The breakfast they served was great too. The room was nice and worked for us with 2 babies. We did bring sound machines for the highway noise.

it does smell like weed quite often and it probably wouldn’t be safe to walk under the overpass to the shops and restaurants, There is a huge soccer field where tons of children were playing though, so it’s not THAT bad of an area.

Did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Maintenace guy gave me ice while I waited for icemaker to make some.

No early check in, usually you allow that and no call after taking my number twice to give me a time when a room would be ready.

Location is perfect

Well the 200 hundred security deposit is unnecessary charge at the check in besides if is any damege to the property yes you can charge me after check out and other I don’t know why it take long to get my deposit back

I like having a bedroom separate from the living area. Some suites have it all in one big open room. It was an adorable room, slightly outdated, but it was very clean. I liked the spacious bathroom as well.

We didn't spend much time here. We flew into PHX super late and just needed to sleep. I would have liked to stay longer. I think it was a little pricey, though.
